I bought chicken tenders tonight and they were cold. Fries were warm but the Honey Mustard wads Hot. Water downed coke. Worst meal I had in Skiatook, OK

Shortly after this resturant opened, I decided to go there on 3 separate occasions. All three visits were extremely long waits and incorrect orders, but it was a new resturant w/ new employees so I over looked this. On the third and FINAL visit I waited a long wait, got the wrong order, and finally went home w/ my purchase to eat. AFTER eating about 4 nachos I felt a funny consistency in my mouth (not refried beans). I spit out what appeared to be a mouse dropping. Mortified I washed my mouth out numerous times!!! I took the whole plate back to the store the next AM early so they wouldn't have a lot of customers in their store. I showed the manager and he refunded me $1.10. He NEVER apologized or took responsibility for the problem. He blamed it on the chips being bought for their store. Later I called the district manager because I felt like nothing was being done to fix the issue. If it's on the chips, they need to throw them away! She accused me (more or less) of lying!!! This inferiated me. She had me text her the pics. I did. She said she would get in youch w/ quality control and get back with me. I texted her two other times asking her about the situation. She didn't respond until the last text almost a month later. Still NO apology or accountability. She said quality control was called and that resturant was up to their standards. I understand sometimes things happen. I also know by law restaurants are able to have so much "unidentifiable objects" and still be w/in standards. However, never saying they are sorry or accepting accountability and telling me some patrons try to pull one over on them is UNACCEPTABLE!!!So, how was this problem rectified so other people don't get unidentifiable objects? Who knows???Maybe these managers need to go back to training about how to deal w/ customers. No Stars on this Resturant review
