While in port my daughter spent her hard-earned money on a hat/t-shirt combo that was marked "M". When she got home she discovered the t-shirt was actually a "L". We called the store, which first implied that we were lying, then said that we could send the shirt to them (at our expense), and if indeed it was a Large, they'd send us another t-shirt in the correct size. We got the same story after speaking with a manager at the store. The cost to send the shirt is nearly the amount she spent for the combination. Poor customer service - there are plenty other stores in Skagway that offer similar goods; I suggest shopping elsewhere. UPDATE - after emailing the Alaska Shirt Company, we were quickly informed that 'our situation was not handled properly' and a replacement set was sent to my daughter at our address.
