Perot Plumbing
Will overcharge you, charged more than quoted! They responded pretty quickly, but make sure they put everything in writing. Not trustworthy! Watch out! Anything to make an extra few bucks, bad company!

JRC Plumbing
I couldn't even get an appointment. I called Monday and multiple other times and they kept saying that they'd call back with an appointment time. By Wednesday, after several calls on my part, I never got an appointment so I gave up and went elsewhere.

JRC Plumbing
Stay away from these guys! They send low life meth heads to your home that will break your stuff...and then they charge you for it! I had a simple clogged drain and by the time JRC was done the drain stopper had been broken and my bathtub was scratched up....and they have yet to fix what they broke!

JRC Plumbing
I called JRC, and they had a plumber named Brandon and his helper come to my home. He assessed had the problem, went to get the parts and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. I have small children so being without hot water would have been a major issue but JRC fixed the problem. It has been over six months and everything is still working properly. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service. The plumber was a very tidy person and did not leave a mess behind. I am extremely pleased. Thank you!

3 D Plumbing
Horrible experience. I called and spoke to Ted who was sarcastic. When I asked him to explain what the problem was, he replied "I thought the problem was self explanatory." He gave a quote of $3200 and said they would have to cut the concrete to access the sewage lines. However later on Ted said they didnt know for sure if the sewage line where under the concrete but the price would be the same regardless. So I called another plumber for a second opinion. Mike Tilton came out the same day and fixed the problem in 3hrs. They simply snaked the drain!

JRC Plumbing
PLEASE READ, CONSUMERS BEWARE... Jrc Service has "the worst" customer service you will ever experience, along with not completing their work, repairing your original plumping problem, or coming back to the original job-site as follow up. Especially, Brandon-Service Tech, who happens to be one of the most unprofessional, non-helpful, and rude individuals ever experienced in a customer service related business. We used Jrc Service for a plumping issue. Within a week the same problem occurred. After they collected their money, they would not return to the original job site to repair and would not honor their work. They blamed "us" the customer and said it was our fault. We had to call a 2nd Plumping Company, to fix the original problem and resolve our issue. Meanwhile my family and I were without water, showers, toilets, etc for 3 days. We had extensive water damage to our home, due to the original plumping problem not being fixed and water flooding into our home. If you want a Plumping service, which collects their money, doesn't honor their work, won't return to the job-site, and has the worst customer service, then Jrc Service is your type of company. We share this experience to hopefully save the next victim of Jrc Service. We as customers have rights, and a voice. Writing reviews and sharing our experiences are "our voice" and we hope this review will save you and your family from a Jrc Service experience.

Great commercial heating and cooling work. Professional techs.
Tips & Advices
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
  • Before calling a plumber, try to unclog your drains and toilets yourself by using a plunger.
  • Make sure you use a standard bell-shaped plunger for your sink and shower drains and a plunger with a flanged end for your toilets.
  • If neither type can loosen the pipe blockage, put a plumber's snake to use.
  • Ratchet the snake down the pipe to eliminate any clogs.
Usually, a leaky or dripping faucet is an easy fix that can be done by anyone who is even slightly handy with tools.. To fix it, first shut off the water under the sink then remove any decorative parts of the faucet and replace the washer and O-ring before reassembling everything.
To keep yourself safe from fraud or a possible scam, always remember to ask plumbers for their license along with a written warranty for their labor. Besides this, further safeguard yourself by checking their references and ensure they or their company is insured and bonded to do their work.
If you're having hot water issues, you can examine the thermostat and adjust it accordingly. If you hear odd sounds coming from your water heater, it could be due to sediment building up. To get rid of this, make sure you clean out the heater every few months. However, if you hear a boiling noise, it could mean the heater is overheating and you should call a plumbing professional as soon as possible.
