The staff over all numb & devoid of any emotion whatsoever (could care less about customers who they feel make less than a certain amount of money or have employment that they deem worthy of their time), except for salesman Chris Blackwell.... He's a special case & not in a good way either. A friend & I went in to look at cars as we both were in the need of new cars. Chris started out nice, was friendly ect. Then he got down to the business asking what our needs where ect. He asked us what we did for a living we told him, he got up & walked away, never came back. Not only that but not one of Chevy lands sakes personnel stepped up to help us. What Chris Blackwell & Chevylands sale staff didnt know much less bother to stick around to find out was that my friend was there to purchase the 2012 Transformers Bumblebee Camaro SS movie edition. She was there to get stuff set up so her godparents could come in sign the paperwork putting the vehicle in her name, purchasing Bumblebee in full. So there would be no note on Bee... Smoth move Chris Blackwell & Chevyland sales staff... #EPICFAIL. Since then she has attempted to get help from Chevland sales staff w/ getting info on two more vehicles she's want, again w/ Chevyland staff failed miserably once again. My friend may not have the money to purchase but, her godparents do & they sent her in w/ the express purpose to pick out a vehicle that she wanted...they were buying.... But instead my friend was once again met w/ major attitude. Yes, my friend needs a new vehicle, & there are other dealerships... Its truly ashame that Chris Blackwell & the other sales ppl only make commission & nothing else.. Big mistake, huge mistake.

The service is horrible! I got my Sedona 2015 and I have lots of issue about this car. First, I saw I cut on leather back seat. I told the sales person about it (Jonathan) So he made an appointment for me so that the service center will fix it. When I came back, the supervisor named Jack told me that I need to make an appointment, I told him I did. I told the sales person about it but the supervisor(Jack) Insisted that I need to come back the next week. The next problem I had was my windshield washer wasn't working. Also, the DVD can only be heard using the headphones ( It has only 2 headphones) so other passengers cannot hear anything. I went to the dealership during the Labor day but the service department was closed, so I made and appointment for Saturday. That time I spoke with Josh. He was good and accommodating. He told me that they will take care of it when I come back Saturday. When I came back, Josh wasn't there, I spoke with the supervisor again named Jack. He told me, they only have few people working in the service so they cannot help fix my car's problem. He wanted me to come back again! The lady from the service department told me that the only day they can help me is only during weekdays. I am working so it's hard for me to bring my car to the dealership for weekdays. She told me that, that's the only way they can fix my car. It is not easy to come back and forth! I hope Kia Shreveport will resolve this issue.
