These Apartments are Small and OutDated, they Have Cheap Materials And Bad Management !!! Never In My Life Have I Seen such Horrible Maitnence , I Will NEVER EVER EVERRRRR, Live Here Again!

Towne Oaks South
These have to be the absolutely worst apartments I have ever lived in. First off the quality of the apartment home is horrible. When I first moved in I had problems right from the start and it began to escalate....first it was the A/C (had to have it worked on like 3 times within 3 months), the light switch doesn't work in the living room, patio door doesn't lock have to use latch at top, old and wimpy blinds (tore up easy), bugs and spiders randomly, dishwasher was messed up, stoves was messed up( had to get it fixed twice) ceiling fan wasn't working correctly, leak from bathtub which caused leaking in the apartment below me (was advised not to have water on floor so it won't leak into the downstairs unit....go figure), pipe breaks in bathroom under the sink (water went everywhere) all this within 4 months of living here. The water is cut off look like once every week. All the hidden fees. I was only advised that I would pay, water, valet trash (which you have no choice) and pest control that was it!My base rent is $629.00. The fees are water, gas, billing fee, sewer, trash, pest control, and valet trash (which is added to your rent each month). March/April $683.00May $683.24June $717.52July $731.34August $743.06Nice area and location. Even decent space. Maintenance is very prompted I give them that. But all the fees and water and sewer steady going up and the quality of the apartment home isn't worth it. Will be moving very soon. I don't have time for the nonsense at all. So over this place already!

Huntington Mobile Home Park
My sister has lived here for 2 years. She's only had 2 minor repairs that were needed and they did those right away. It is very quiet there also. Utilities are low in cost. It is expensive to move in however, your first months rent, deposit the same as rent, and a deposit for water. The manager is very congenial, and personable. Rarely are there problems that need police. I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 in selection only because the majority of residents rarely move, therefore leaving minimal selection to choose from.

Huntington Mobile Home Park
It is over priced for sure they have a lot of plumbing problems they are at the renters expense A&W Management will not do anything to fix the problem they just put a bandaid on the problem and the renter will pay the bill the plumbing bills are very expensive be sure you check reviews on all locations before you rent !! You could save your self a lot of money and headaches !!

Huntington Mobile Home Park
Beware...Huntington mobile park is owned by A&WManagement they will not take care of the propertyThey have a lot of plumbing problems they will tell you if the plumbing problem is on there side they will Take care of it but of course it will always be on your side so they don't have to pay the bill anytime . The lot rent is 245.00 a month when you get your bill it will be 300.00 plus for this kind of money you should never have to pay that bill unless it is from your house to the clean out they have nothing for the kids to do no pool or play ground they just sit back and take your money we fix the repairs on the old 40yr. Old plumbing and more !! 150.00 a month is enough for what you get !!!the plumbing bills are costly you can pretty much run water through you pipes nothing else or you will have a huge plumbing bill !!! Be sure to check around and read reviews on property before you rent a lot you are wasting your money !!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ money pit getto the worst !!!
Tips & Advices
  • Talk about specific consequences of their drinking.
  • Choose a time soon after the person experiences a drinking-related problem (missing a shift at work, for example).
  • Do not threaten, guilt, lecture, preach, or use negative labels.
  • Do not try to discuss alcoholism when the person is intoxicated.
Therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists who specialize in the condition can all diagnose and treat alcoholism. People with alcohol-related concerns can also consult their general practitioner, who will refer them to a specialist.
Detoxification is a medically supervised period of alcohol withdrawal to allow the body to purge itself. A doctor or treatment specialist closely monitors a patient to ensure the symptoms of withdrawal do not cause harm. Side effects of alcohol detoxification include:
  • Sweating
  • Vomiting
  • Elevated heart rate
  • High blood pressure
  • Tremors
  • Nausea
  • Sleep issues
  • Paranoia or anxiety
  • Hallucinations
  • Seizures
The cost of addiction treatment varies depending on the type of facility, amenities offered, treatment provided, and size and length of the program. Detoxification ranges from $1,000 to $15,000. Inpatient facilities cost anywhere from $6,000 to $30,000 for a 30-day program and include detoxing. Outpatient programs can cost $500 per session.
Outpatient alcoholism treatment is a part-time form of rehabilitation. Patients continue their normal lives during the day and return to the treatment facility several times per week. Outpatient treatment is generally cheaper than inpatient and can be helpful for people with less severe addictions. Inpatient treatment programs require patients to stay at the facility 24/7 until the completion of the program. They provide a highly controlled environment for patients to overcome their addictions without the distractions or temptations of everyday life. These clinics provide round-the-clock medical care and often include hours of group and personal therapy. Inpatient programs are beneficial for people with severe addictions or those who have overdosed.
