Oasis Pools Inc
Started out ok but when pool was still not complete after 9 months and was told would be done in 6-12 weeks the pool had to be replastered because they put 2 different colors, broken tiles still remain, rust marks in plaster from metal left in pool still remain, crack in spa that has broken through the tiles and after more than 50 text messages and promises nothing has been done and when I pressed them I was told they are too busy and when someone was to be here they never show up. Deck had to be repainted 3 times due to severe chips all over the deck. They never came back to show how to operate equipment as promised. I can go on and on. I am confident that you will find these complaints helpful I am leaving you an email address to contact me for more detailed information as to how I have been treated during this entire process. DO NOT pay all your money per their contract. I honored the contract by paying $80,000 but only to get bad service and disrespect in return. If you would like pictures and more information you can email me at oasis.sucks@yahoo.com. Look, I know some reviews state they got a good pool and I am glad but I encourage you to be very careful with dealing with this company. Just do your home work I will never use this company again BE WARNED!!!!!!! Lawsuit had to be filed and response from them is currently pending. I am only requesting the defects be fixed and the pool to be what I paid for. I will keep you updated on the progress. I urge you to contact me via the email address I have set up before you deal with this company. They have a chance to do the right thing lets see what path they take.

If you've used other companies in Shreveport this one is different. Tammy always knows what is going on with your pool when you call. She is knowledgable and friendly. You get the answers you need and our pool always looks awesome. The only complaint I have is the service tech guys they are messy and rude and one of the guys I beleive his name was Colton and he is quite frankly a complete idiot I suggest to ask for Larry but other than that a solid company
Tips & Advices
The cost of pool cover installation will depend on the type of pool cover being installed, and installation costs can run as much as $500 or more. It's a good idea to purchase your swimming pool cover from the same company that is handling the installation, since these companies often provide a discount if a consumer turns to them for both the product and the installation.
The different types of pool covers include solid pool covers, mesh pool covers, winter pool covers, safety and security pool covers, solar pool covers, and liquid pool covers. Pool covers may be manual, semi-automatic, or automatic. Automatic pool covers use a motor-driven reel system that allows you to cover or uncover your pool at the touch of a button.
Solid pool covers may be made from vinyl, UV- stabilized polyethylene, or polypropylene. These pool covers may be light in color or dark, and they may be transparent or opaque. Mesh pool covers are typically made of woven UV-inhibited polypropylene. Solid solar pool covers are made of thick plastic and resemble bubble-packing material.
A liquid pool cover is a solar pool cover that creates an invisible chemical barrier to help your pool's water preserve heat. Unlike other solar pool covers, liquid pool covers are designed to remain in place even when the pool is being used. Liquid pool covers do not affect the appearance, smell, or taste of the pool water, and they are designed to be safe even if ingested by children or pets.
Several factors can cause your pool cover to sink into your pool. If you have a solid pool cover, accumulated rainwater or snow can put pressure on the cover and cause it to sink. Your pool cover may also sink due to pressure caused by tree branches, debris, or animals that have fallen onto the cover. A leak in your pool can also cause your pool cover to sink.
