I don't usually write reviews but I saw the bad one here and had to tell you that I did not have this kind of experience. I was well taken care of and there was always someone there to load my pellets. Wizard's has done the service on my pellet stove for 5 yrs now and they are always professional and helpful. They have always been and always will be the place I go to to get my pellets and pellet stove taken care of.

I purchased a pellet stove fireplace insert from Wizard and was very impressed. All around fantastic service. Jack came out to our house 4 times in all to check the fireplace, to install the stove, to educate us, and then to fix a small glitch with our stove. We purchased the Quadrafire Castille, and it's superb! Heats our 2500 ft2 home very nicely. I would heartily recommend Wizard! Scott C.
