Went in recently even tho I have had three bad previous experiences because I was ready to buy a bike they had and just wanted to get in and out should have been a solid sale I liked the price and wanted it but after four hrs of waiting witha very poor atmosphere and poor costumer service i walked out and I was determined to get that bike I would have done anything. Please listen to me just make a trip to Phoenix and get the deal done. That's what I did and I got a better deal and took just 2 hours out the door with the bike I wanted and I had options not just one model

The people from the sales people to the store manager have little or no customer relations ability. It's like dealing with a dealership 20 years ago except they go one step further into a gray area of misrepresentation. Got a lease there and they pulled the old contract rewrite scam and then threatened to call the police if we did not agree to their "new deal" after we had the car for several weeks. Ran into additional issues in service. Beware.

Buyers Beware! We did not have a positive experience with Horne Auto. Their used car division manager Dan is the classic "used car salesman" in the worst sense of the phrase. He and Leo pulled the bait and switch on my son, who drove 6 hours to see a truck he had been talking to them about for days. The "flawless" body had lots of dents in the tail gate. There was no brake pedal and the instrument cluster was out. This too can be yours for $15,000. Things really became clear when I spoke to the owner Andy Horne. He was conciliatory and told me he was sorry. He said that his used vehicles are low end and sold as is. He would tell his people to provide better information about the condition of the vehicles if they were coming from a distance. I guess you can decide for yourself about buying junk from them if you are local. At least you will not be out the gas money and time we are.

I wanted to let you know that your demonstrated integrity and open honesty was well appreciated by both me and my wife. It was a real welcomed contrast to what I have experienced with other car sales people. You went out of your way to get me your best possible deal and you did it with real professionalism. I would prefer to buy from you than any other sales person I have dealt with. Thanks!

Have been a faithful customer of Show Low Motor Sports since the purchase of my bike in 2008. Brian Longhorn, simply the best M/C mechanic in town. Parts guys very helpful always. Marcus in service, was patient, helpful and did good work. Thanks to all.Ron, at the service desk is the problem. Bill over twice the estimate and then denied to his boss he had made statements regarding the progress of the repairs and installs.Leonard the boss made everything right by reducing the bill amount, but I was disappointed to see Ron's behavior was tolerated at all.Haven't decided if they will continue to be my service shop, but because of Leonard, Brian and Marcus, I will likely give them one more try.In future however I will make certain to get a written estimate if I have to deal with Ron.

I have been using Show Low Ford for my service needs and have bought 2 vehicles from them since 2009. When I go there, I am always treated with respect by everyone there, but I prefer to deal with Service Advisor Blake, as he seems to be knowledgable and ready to help any way he can. I have actually seen him go into a vehicle that came in for service, crawled under the dash and did something, came back out and said it was fixed. No charge! It is honesty like this that keeps me coming back. And if you ever have an issue that you think is not being resolved, take advantage of the owners (Guy Hatch) open door policy.

I went to the Horne Dealership that handles the older vehicles. The sign reads guarantied acceptance. I went through the process of buying a truck from them--they were very polite. I went to pick up the truck and signed the paperwork, I asked several times if it was a done deal and was told that it was. So thinking that the truck was mine, I put some time and money into it. A few days later, I received a message saying that I was not approved and that I needed to bring the truck back. Of course I was upset, mainly because I was told it was a done deal, so I brought the truck back. I then emailed the manager and explained that I had put some money and time into the vehicle and would like reimbursement. His answer was he would be happy to reimburse me for any out of pocket expenses-- I am still waiting for the check. I am not upset that I was not approved, I realize that my credit needs work. I am upset because I was told that it was "a done deal" when it fact it was not and I put money into the truck. I am upset because their sign says guaranteed acceptance which I think is somewhat misleading. I am writing this so that no one else goes through the pain and trouble that I did, I hope that if you are reading this you will really look into who you do business with and make sure that it really is a done deal before you take it home.
