Worst provider in the county. They use outdated and unreliable equipment. They promis more than they can do. If you want average unreliable speed this is what they have.they have a $525 early termiation fee. That they will try to charge as soon as the ink is dry and services havent been provided... horrible
Had the worst experience at this store! Had to wait over 15 minutes to be helped b/c there was only one cashier that was getting hit on by some random dude. then the store manager walks in and fiddles around by the cash register, sees me and my sister standing waiting to be helped and doesn't even acknowledge us standing there. I finally get help with picking out my PRE-PAID phone. Yes, I wanted a pre-paid phone, have had one with US Cellular for 3 years now and I refuse to pay 100.00/ month for contract phones. Once I get my phone I am at the check out, I ask a simple question, "can I return this phone if I don't like it?" Simple, honest question. The lady that was assisting me says yes, then the store manager gets really aggressive and states, "hold on! Don't go ant further! I am very protective over my pre-paid phones, you can only return them if they are defective." The store manager made me feel very uncomfortable, I am young, female and a minority and the manager was talking to me in a very aggressive manner and demeaning tone. In my opinion he was stereotyping me, expecting me to use the phone and bring it back once I was done with it. SMH, never going back to this store! The manager was all nice to the Caucasian woman and helped her before helping me, even though I was in the store first and talking to her in a calm and welcoming tone, but to me in a belittling, angry tone. TERRIBLE!
