after signing a contract for monthly a high monthly payment, here comes fees for tests every other month plus almost $1k for black belt. what do u get: a grand master (mr kwak) who has lost interest in teaching and just let young teanagers volunteer in class who don't know their own forms. after nearly $10k I spend in this school I found out this is a scam school. a typical Mcdojo. beware whose teaching your kids. this guy owns 4 tkwd schools and can't keep up with eitherone. he is completely in for the money
My boys have attended the Samurai Club of Roninkan Aikido & Kenjutsu since it opened a year ago. Sensei Chambers is very knowledgeable having a 5th degree black belt. Training under Sensei Chambers has had such a great impact in both my boys’ lives. Besides having a great instructor we have enjoyed the warm family environment and have great confidence that your family would enjoy it too.
I love this Martial Arts class, because you don’t have to be strong to protect yourself against someone bigger than you, and that’s what I like from it. The classmates are incredibly patient and kind and help you through your learning process. Besides that, Sensei Mick is patient and with a lot of knowledge that makes you feel comfortable and really enthusiastic to keep learning more about this great martial arts. If you have always wanted to take martial arts, Aikido is a great art to begin your practice. I highly recommend this Class to any beginner.
My 8 year old son began Aikido with this club last May and then my 10 year old saw how great it is and she joined too. they both Love it!!!!! I cannot say enough about the Sensei (who leads the classes) and his helpers. My kids not only have fun, but they are learning self defense and being respectful to each other.
Both my son and I were students of Sensei's previous dojo here in California. After a full day of school, the kids couldn't wait to get to Aikido practice with Sensei. Although his primary focus is to teach kids to defend themselves, he also develops their self esteem and respect for each other. He makes it fun for the kids so they stay focused and interested in what he is teaching them. In the adult program, Sensei was always there to spend time with each of his students to make sure we learned proper technique and movement in safe and sound manner. He is a fantastic Aikido instructor and a great human being. Our loss here in California is your gain in Kansas. I highly recommend you join Samurai Club today!
