Honestly would never recommend anyone else. With her expertise, she doesn't just follow a regular routine that most massage therapists have. She doesn't even need you to tell her where you're in pain. She bases her force on what your body tells her, and at the end of the day you'll thank her because she doesn't just resolve the outer layer pain but the part that causes it as well. It's a win win for you. You're happy, she's happy. Book with her asap, you won't regret it.

I truly will never go to anyone else, but Milla for a massage. She slways takes the time to find out what's bothering me the most and adjusts to what I need in order to leave me feeling great! She is also continually taking new classes and learning new approaches, which are only beneficial to me.The atmosphere is also so inviting and relaxing. You will not be disappointed!

Milla does fantastic work! She is more knowledgeable about her profession then any massage therapist I've ever been to by far! Explained a lot to me when I asked. I will continue seeing her for my remaining years for therapy and will highly recommend her to others..especially all of my family members!

I found Stacee Brown on Yelp after a shoulder injury and now understand why she has perfect reviews here. Stacee is kind, knowledgable, able to explain anatomy and motion in a language you can understand, and most importantly - she gets you to do the work required for healing to take place.

Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
