I already became the loyal customer of this place. When I was buying the second car I did not even consider the opportunity to go to some other dealerships or people - I was definitely sure that I was going to buy my second car ONLY at the Right Price Auto and I knew it would fit me even better than the first one which I also got from this awesome place! Great people, great customer service and care, friendly atmosphere! I am very thankful to these people and wish their business to grow and prosper because they know how to make each customer happy using the individual approach towards each of us!
I'm just going to leave a quick review for now but I will do a follow up review later when I have more time. Frankly I'm surprised that this car lot don't have a bunch of bad reviews and I'm sure they do on a site somewhere on the Internet somewhere. My follow up review I will go into more detail about this place and my experance . I visited this lot on 10/10/2016. It is a filthy scrungy place. The 2 guys in there are forign and filthy nasty . They both speak very little broken English and sound like they are speaking with a mouthful of marbles. Most of the cars would be back line quality at most lots. Selling salvage and junk quality cars with salvage titles and wanting a premium price. Don't waste your time going to this lot unless you are willing to give 1,500.00 down with I'm sure all kinds of doc and lot fees. Example. A 2006 Nissan Sentra for 5 grand. 1,500.00 down this is a 10 yr old car with a salvage title. I did a vin search online and that car was clobbered on the right front. The car has a black primed front bumper cover with the left head light mounting brackets broken and the head light is loose. A 2,500.00 car at top price for 5 grand and he had to use the battery booster to start it. He told me on the test drive not to turn the engine off. You would think it would at least have a good battery and start on its own for 5 grand . People of this grade need not be selling cars. What crooks and idiots. Losers !!!! Good luck selling ur junk. They must sell to the most desperate people around. I did have a better trade then the car that was on their lot plus I had cash. Get real !!! I do not recommend this place to anyone and hope it ends up going out of business. At the rate they are going they won't survive long. Bunch of crooks. Stay away from this place. Don't waste your time even going there. I wasted 3 hours on this place between time spent there driving the car and a trip there and back home.
They aré freaking yahoo that think we are stupid. They have 2 Chimps that World in the Office that aré To stupid to lick an envelope.
We bought a Volvo at Right Price Auto. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. We asked for specific service on the car and got excellent service.
And I thought I had it bad.I bought a piece of crap They are smart they can't tell a insurance from a cancelationStatute away Fronm there
Do not ever purchase a vehicle here. Terrible experience and the owner will blame you for buying from them ! I purchased on Oct 15,2015 and the car has broke down 2 times, once while traveling long distance. I purchased a warranty that they didn't want used on the first repair and they had their mechanic just patch it to avoid the necessary repairs. Now, its back in the shop again and it will be days waiting on the warranty criteria to be met. Since I was less than 30 days into the purchase I asked the owner, Jim if he would just trade it back for something of the we value and he spoke horribly to me. Jim, FYI..I've purchased many used vehicles and never had this kind of problem nor horrible service and treatment. I have notified the finance company and they took it very seriously how I was and have been treated as well as the operation of the warranty issue. Furthermore, I removed their sticker from the vehicle because I'm not providing advertisement for such a terrible place..I would have loved to given them a great reference as my job keeps me contact with people always needing autos..I'll do further research so they don't get the same treatment I have.
Russell Rateike reviewed Right Price Auto LLC — 1 min · Bought a Nissan sentra from here. Was sold to me with a blown head gasket. 800$ later it's still very messed up and giving me problems. Also has to have a whole new catalytic converter. Had sensors wired up wrong and the glovebox started falling out a week after. No check engine light when I bought it till shortly after. Have never had such a bad experience buying a car. Wouldn't give me a trade in with cash to cover difference either. They didn't want it back. Stuck it to me. I would not recommend Right price. Every place has a bad car or two but this was a big mistake on their part and they should stand behind THEIR screw ups.Right Price Auto LLCCar Dealership
Liars and thieves. No car fax report. Car had 4 dry rotted tires. Replaced a shifter assembly piece NOT include on warranty and bad brakes all within 1st month. Over charged, over priced. When I called about the assembly piece I was told and I quote, "lady you can go screw yourself. It's your problem now." I beg you to not make the same mistake I did. They are scumbag liars! Using "God" as their cover!
Over the years, I have bought cars online before (ebay), long distance, and had no problems. Paid with certified checks. I agreed to purchase a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 and my credit union was ready to cut the certified check, when U-Drive informed me they would not release the vehicle until it cleared. They would not take credit cards for the transaction. What? I have done this before also, and then financed. This outfit, then wanted me to do an electronic transfer! When I asked them what protection I would have, they said NONE! Bankrate.com, and the National Consumer League warn against electronic transfers. My credit union will not do transfers. I guess this great deal was too good to be true. My gut told me, and research told me..... STAY AWAY. A small dealership, and many previous bad reviews. I could well have added a good review if this place had done what Baker Chevrolet in NC is doing, and accept the certified check. Distrust breeds distrust.
Poor service, jank cars young not professional workers. . Stay away!!!!
