TAMPERED MEDICINE!!!!. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!I just moved to Seattle from LA, so I was looking from a natural nutrition store and Pike Place Nutrition is the first store that came up close to me. I was looking for Garcinia Cambogia and the cashier helped recommend which brand I should get. So, I ended up purchasing the Maximum Trim Garcina Cambogia capsules. When I got home 30mins later, I went to open the bottle and noticed that it had already been open. When I looked closely, it looked like the outer protective seal was perfectly cut in half around the lid. Next, the sealed cap that goes inside the bottle that you're supposed to pill off was missing. Automatically, I called the store back telling the cashier that the PRODUCT HE JUST SOLD ME WAS TAMPERED WITH and I needed to return it right away!When I got back to the store, the cashier was busy making excuses that not all medicine bottles have a productive seal all the way to the top,...as if I was a complete idiot to believe that!!!! I told him that that's absolutely non-sense it's an industry standard for medications to come with a PROTECTIVE SEAL. Experts always warn people not to take ANY medicine that the SEAL IS BROKEN and has been tampered with.The cashier became upset that I said the Medicine was tampered with. Then he refused to give me a refund UNTIL I APOLOGIZED!!! So, I told him why should I be apologizing??? It should be the store apologizing for selling me a bad product and I was not Leaving till I get a refund; and I can easily bring in my attorney that I get from Microsoft. Next, the cashier call security on me!!!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE experience such a BIZARRE behavior or had security called on me. When the security came, they told him that he'll needed to give me a refund for selling me a damaged product. Problem is...the guy did not dispute selling me a bad product. He became psychotic and upset that I hurt his feeling by eluding that he tampered with the product and I should apologize before he gives me my refund. Both the security guards and I were SHOCKED to witness this behavior while there were other customers in the store. I'm NEVER in my life ever witnessed such a psychotic behavior. What happened to customer service??? WHY was I victimized for purchasing a tampered product and had security called on me for demanding my $45 refund??? WHY was punished for wasting 2hrs of my Sunday driving back and forth to the store in the same day and the store refused to refund my money back??? My worst mistake today, was the minute I decide to go to PIKE PLACE NUTRITION!!!!
Wow! The Owner, "Maryjane", not only went Way BEYOND anything I'd imagined! She: Rescued my "Emergency Hair catastrophe" @ last min., Listened & clearly understood what I needed & Cleary explained me options w/o damaging it, & stayed after 12AM to Finish! She educated me on the products I needed to Maitain MY look(Not even Her products!) & told me "Exactly" where to find them & Why, & SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY Correct!
