1.Azteca Mexican Restaurant Tukwila
17555 Southcenter Pkwy
Azteca has decent mexican food. It's not outstanding, but it is still good. The chips and salsa are very good and we ate a lot of them, especially because it takes awhile for the food to come out. My favortie is the macho burrito (rice, beans, and meat inside the burrito). It's pretty tastey. The service is ok, sometimes a little slow, because the restaurant is often very busy. However, we have never had a problem with any of our servers.

* * * * * Count those. . . they earned them! The food was absolutely fantastico! The atmosphere is lovely. My boyfriend and I visited on a Tuesday evening for dinner in the bar. We were immediately acknowledged by Frankie Genzales (one of the owners) and our experience was superb. In true Italian fashion, we were made to feel like family. A family history in beautiful pictures align the wall, and we received a personal "tour" by Frankie, himself. After throwing names around, he embraced the fact that we had been around B-town for over 50 years and to no surprise, we knew a handful of family members, even attending school with a couple! With all of that aside, we shall return time and again, merely because they are doing it right! Go see for yourself, I recommend the "chicken picatta". Priced right, beautiful array of wines available. . . . nice bar. . . you name it, they nailed it. :)

I was out in Seattle celebrating my birthday, and we had tried a few different places first, but they weren't very ""happenin"" for a Saturday night. The last place we went to was Cowgirls! When we got there around 11:30pm, I could tell it was really crowded, and we had to wait in line outside for about 5 minutes... it was SO worth it!! No cover for me and my girls, my boyfriend had to pay $7.. Not bad though! They played great music, we danced on tables, watched people ride the bul. I didn't ride the bul that night, but it looked like so much fun, I'll have to next time I go. The bartenders were very nice, and made amazing drinks! The girls dancing on the bar, very beautiful.. skimpy clothes, but that's what expected. (So if you don't like it, then don't go!) It was so much fun, and I am definitely going back! It's really sad there are a bunch of bad reviews on here.... Although, it seems like the negative reviews are pretty much all from guys, maybe who came in with poor attitudes in the first place? I thought the bouncers were very nice, and yes, I did see them throw (literally throw) two guys out of Cowgirls, but in my opinion it was for very good reasons! The first guy was groping every girl he could reach, and the second guy was drunk and getting in peoples faces. So I think the bouncers have good heads on their shoulders, and if you're getting ""bullied"" by them, maybe watch yourself, and you'll be fine. VERY fun place! I love it!

As far as dive bars go, this one is better than most. It's never too crowded, or too loud. Even on weekends. They used to have pretty good bar grub but I don't think this really something they focus on too much anymore. Don't play pool there. At $8.00 amd hour you can definitely find another place with better tables for much less than that. Pretty good downloadable jukebox, but beware, people have the option of skipping your songs if you don't play what they deem is cool, and the bartender will cut it altogether if he doesn't like it. All in all, this place is kind of like high school all over again. The regulars rule and if you are a visitor, don't expect anything.

Looks like the place was remolded. Looks very good and maintained! I go in there once in awhile and there?s cool bartenders now, drinks are still good price. The only problem is that it gets a bit crowed at times at night but don?t mind the contact walking to get drinks!

I went there after work with some friends and had a great time. It was trivia night - too funny. The service was great - very relaxed atmosphere - we had a great time. They where easy to find - next door to an awesome tattoo parlor - in a mellow area (not scetchy, like it is on the AVE.) cheap drinks & food. We had an awesome time & will definitely go back!

I have to confess, one of the things I love most about this place is the chef. And that they serve Estrella Creamery Cheese. And well, That there's a fireplace and cool art on the wall. And that I love the food, especially the specials, which are always a delightful tasty suprise. I had a truly memorable piece of salmon. and in Seattle that's saying something.

Great local sports bar. Awesome experience overall--the bartenders are really nice and the food is good for bar food. There are so many tv's in the bar you can watch multiple games at once. Fun environment, always packed before Seahawks games and for some M's games as well. Within walking distance of both Safeco and Qwest. Stop by before, during, or after games or events and you won't be disappointed.

Imagine an Irish bar with a REAL Irish staff. The waitress lasses are efficient and courteous. The mainly pub fare menu has some authentic Irish dishes. Excellent rock & Top 40 bands on the weekends complement their weekday fare from karaoke to DJ's to live Irish music. Cool upstairs outdoor patio where smoking is allowed!

The College Inn Pub is my favorite place to go on Friday afternoons. My boyfriend and I usually order a pitcher of beer and an order of nachos--nachos which, by the way, are the best in the University District. In short, the nachos are unbelievably delicious. The bartenders are very friendly, the service is quick (when you don't have to wait in line on busy nights), and the atmosphere can't be beat. The place can get busy on the usual college drinking nights, but the crowd is largely jovial rather than annoying.\r \r If anything, you must go for the nachos. And the rotating taps of microbrews, which are often really good choices.
20.The Pub at Third Place

We love coming to the Pub at Third Place. The beer selection is great and the decor is very comfortable with wood everywhere: huge wood tables and counters to enjoy your beer and food. Reasonable prices, family friendly but it can get crowded.

The District has several specials on their menu that varies nightly. I have personally had their pasta special several times and it has always been excellent. If you're an adventerous type and like to try different dishes then this may be the best place around. The Bartenders are fast and friendly. If you're staying in the Hotel DECA then the District lounge is a must for dinner and drinks.

My fiends and I found this spot a few months ago, and soon became regulars. Stopped by one night by accident, and never left! So to speak... At first is was fun trying all the different Scotches, but eventually we got hungry! I think we started with the sausage sandwhich, and ended up at the Hummas plate. Haven't had anything I didn't like. We started making it a weekly tradition. Great bartenders serving great food and stiff drinks. Try the Hummas plate. I'll be there this weekend!

Wow, I didn?t know places like this exist! I came in for Valentines Day. My boyfriend and I arrived early so we lounged at the bar until our table was ready. It was super busy but the bartender Sean took time to stop, explain, and help us pick out a flavorsome cloudy green Absinthe. The following AEROBOTRON show was marvelous! The show incorporated hilarity, hot but tasteful dance moves, and seemingly impossible acrobatics with an amazing musical soundtrack. The service was friendly and helpful. Our server helped us pick out some amazing absinthe cocktails as we sipped our champagne and checked up on us frequently despite the fact it was a busy Valentines Day. The food was good. The server recommended a delicious beet salad followed by an equally tasty Pork Cassolette with Creme Brulee for dessert. The show ended around midnight and my boyfriend and I stayed for the following dance party. We ended the night by having drinks with the performers in the bar. Theres nothing like it in Seattle! I'll tell my girlfriends.

I've visted this place many times before. I must say, the service is great. The bartenders know how to make a drink and the chef makes a great meal. But most of all, The Jones has the best Budlight in Seattle. I have drank budlight for the past 5 years and my family has drank Budlight for many years before me. But no place has ever served such a bottle of greatness. The Budlight is absolutely amazing. I especially recommend getting the Budlight in the bottle. So if you are looking to have a great night and have some Budlight, go to The Jones for the best Budlight in Seattle.

I really enjoy this place on weekday evenings for chilling out after work or class. The ambiance is fabulous, and it's really fun if you are able to grab a seat in the big couches. It gets a little loud for my taste after about 9:00 on the weekends--there's no dancing, so I'm not sure why they keep the music so loud. I hate having to scream at the person sitting 6 inches away from me. But it's my favorite place for a snack and a cocktail after a busy day! (If you want food, the Barca Tortas are fabulous and come with frozen grapes--yummy and fun).
