1.The Apartment Bistro & Martini Lounge
2226 1st Ave
Took my girlfriend for her birthday last Friday night along with two other couples, and was extremely surprised by how great the food was. We had been going to the apartment for drinks late night for a while now, and finally got a chance to try out the kitchen. Highly recommend the Miso Butterfish, and the truffled mac and cheese with smoked sausage....YUM! I agree with the other reviews that this place gets really crowded and noisy on weekend nights, but our server was very friendly, and even bought us a round of shots. Taking my co-workers this week for dinner, I'm sure they'll enjoy it as much as we did.
2.Harbor Steps Apartments

3.Legacy At Pratt Park Apartments
1800 S Jackson St
My girlfriend and I moved to Seattle about six months ago and had never been here before, so we had no idea what we were looking for. We looked for apts in the area for weeks until we found this place. The price was right and the location is wonderful. The building itself has everything you could possibly need and the management is unmatched. We couldn't be happier with our choice to live here at the Legacy at Pratt Park!
1304 NE 42nd St
Finding a place to stay near the University of Washington was difficult, but I came across the Stanford apartments and have loved what they have to offer. Being in a perfect spot in the city and close to U Village, Stanford offers multiple options for length of visit which has really made finding a place to stay in Seattle an easy decision.
5.Balfour Place Apartments

This place is so much better than it was, its nice coming home to a clean building. Yes people do some crazy things in apartment buildings, but they are always cleaning the place and it shows. \r If you are looking for a great location, rates and a place that shows its always being cleaned...check it out. I moved in just a few months ago, but read some information on line, I have not see any issues since I moved in. Its clean, affordable so hell i give the place 5 stars. lol

7.Hilltop Court Apartments
1314 Spring St
Hi Apartment Hunter! I figured an updated review of the Hilltop Court Apartments was in order, as it's been over 3 years since someone has shared their opinion of our property on CitySearch. My name is Rachelle, and I have worked for Pacific Sun & SPTC Properties for over 14.5 years because I love property management, our residents are fantastic, and problem solving is very gratifying. I work in the main office with Teresa on the first floor of the Hilltop Court, where we also have full-time & part-time maintenance men. The newest resident managers Jesse & Brendon have been at the HTC since 2009. The building has 52 units ranging in size from studios small and large, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and loft units. Prices range from $900-$1600 per mo., utilities and parking additional. We have repainted the property inside and out, and updated the interior carpet & lobby to give the building an updated appearance and to attract the type of resident who cares where they live. We maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and pride ourselves on addressing maintenance requests promptly. If you are looking for an apartment in the heart of Seattle, please visit our website: (pacificsunseattle dot com) for more info. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
8.Town & Country Apartments
12320 Roosevelt Way NE Apt 101
I only lived there for around 3 months but everything was really great. I was there during the whole Capitol Hill Killer living there and the managers made sure everyone felt safe. The apartments were quiet and almost too large. Managers were nice and reminded you when to pay rent. The price was worth it, near a Safeway and a QFC. Free parking, month to month, large apartments, you cant find this in too many places. Only reason I left was to move in with some friends to a house for a bit cheaper. Great area, about 25min to the U. Do not try the Thai place across the stress though! It is over priced, gross and will make you sit on the toilet all day!
1205 E Pine St
I've been living at the Packard for over a year now. I absolutely love it. There were a few months were the management was severely lacking. However, the new manager has been great. She just posted new office hours. I have had several deliveries. All were just inside my door when I got home from work. I lost my keys and didn't notice until I got home at 2AM. The new manager lives on site. She came right down and let me in. I was so thankful that she was there to let me in at such a late hour. I have never had any problems with my neighbors being loud. I've never heard a TV, talking, walking above, etc. The sirens are loud from the fire department and police station. I also hear a little street noise. It bothered me the first month or so but now it's just background noise. I expect to hear some noise when living in the Pike/Pine corridor. Plus the location is unbeatable. Not to mention the awesome rooftop deck with an amazing view and a grill. My washing machine broke about a month after I moved in and it was fixed the next day. I'm pretty sure I broke it by putting my over sized comforter in it. Oops. I haven't had any other issues with appliances. The rent is certainly high but I knew that when I moved in and just renewed for another year. I have heard other people complain about the rent going up but that's because a lot of us moved in under a promotion. I got 2 months free when I moved in so my rent was less than the listing price. When I renewed it just went up to the original listing price. This was no surprise. They told me it would go up to the original price when I signed the lease. Oh and did I mention I am getting an AC unit. I told the new manager it gets too hot and she was on top of it. She said there are a few units that are warmer than others and they are working on getting those units AC!!
10.Tracy Ann Apartments
7004 Murray Ave SW
I'm a former resident of the Tracy Ann in Seattle & still friends with Manager Kathy. I miss my very cool, quiet neighbors, the beach community, the fresh air off of the Bay, the view of the water & mountains, and Lincoln Park. Yes, I even miss the stairs to my 3rd floor apartment which kept me in shape. Great service, amazing views for the price, fast response time, upkeep & value. Family owned & operated. KM#31 \r
11.Oxford Crest Apartments
1400 Boren Ave
Living at the Oxford Crest has been, by far, the best apartment experience we have ever had. The building and grounds are kept in excellent shape and the landlord is the most wonderful person. He is always ready with kisses and treats for our dog, hand delivers treats around the holidays, responds to any (and all) maitinence calls with an astounding speed and is always happy and helpful. He has done an amazing job creating a great sense of security and community in the middle of a colorful Capitol Hill crowd. I would recommend living here to anyone!
12.The Virginian Apartments

2801 Western Ave
This is the ONLY place to live in downtown. Great apartments, great people, the best in services. Other places will tell you a bunch of frilly stuff about their building, but The Olympus is the only one with so many signature touches that they live up to their class act rating. The staff is incredible and the views are wonderful...plus my dog and I have the lap of luxury here! Do not pass go - head straight for The Olympus!

17.Ravenna Park Place Apartments
5901 Roosevelt Way NE
I've been living in these apartments for over 3 yrs. now. I love them! Its mostly occupied by young professionals and/ or students, but it isn't rowdy by any means. Everyone is really nice but keep to themselves for the most part. Its a newer bldg. and all the units are equiped with Washer & Dryer, gas fireplace, and dishwasher. Majority of the units have private balconys or patios. It is controlled access and there is garage parking and storage facilities available if needed. Even better its located within walking distance of Greenlake and Cowen park and is right on major bus lines. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a nice ""grown-up"" place with ammenities and not a ""party pad.""
18.King Arthurs Court Apartments

GET IT ALL OUT then maybe I'll think of another resident appreciation party just for the heck of it LOL. Aight... I'm out! Love you all! Juliana(Leasing) and Karam (Maintenance) loves you all too! You will not regret living at the Alcyone Apartments. It's located at 301 Minor ave N. right behind fairview st. It's close to everything so you never have to worry about driving or paying crazy parking prices. The building itself is in amazing condition, they really take pride in it! I highly recommend this building a place to call home.
5800 15th Ave NE
Thank you for your interest in the Heatherfield, a charming turn of the 20th Century building surrounded by Ravenna Park. We offer a range of cute apartments from studios to two bedroom units. Some are as large as 1400 square feet. We feel compelled to respond to the previous reviewer. The tenant was a law student at the University of Washington when some plaster from his ceiling fell. Awhile back, residents who lived above that unit allowed their kitchen sink to overflow. Water must have seeped into the ceiling below and weakened the plaster. But no damage was visible in the reviewer

25.One Thousand On 8th Avenue Apartments
1000 8th Ave
818 NE 106th St Apt 415
These apartments are exceptional, yea they may be a little old but they are kept in amazing condition. The maintanance staff was always willing to help me out and fix and answer my questions, concerns and problems. Another great perk is that these apartments feature a beautiful view of northgate and are only a mile or so away from the mall. I loved living here.

28.2300 Elliott Apartments
2300 Elliott Ave
Lived here for almost a year. Rents are comparable to the other buildings in the area. managed by Equity Residential, which allows you to relocate to one of their other properties with minimal costs if you need to break a lease at the current place.\r \r Advantages:\r 1. Great location - near the water, very easy exit and entry to 99. To get to the Belltown restaurants and nightclubs, you have to walk uphill two blocks, but you get used to it very quickly. Buses are easily available a couple of blocks away to downtown and beyond. Location is easily this building's main reason to live here.\r \r 2. Management is friendly and polite. Alan the assistant manager is great. They work with you to put things right.\r \r 3. Roof deck is pretty nice, especially on summer evenings. Great sunsets and harbor views. Also a gas bbq.\r \r 4. Friendly neighbors (I like them, and hardly hear them.)\r \r Disadvantages:\r 1. Like other ERC buildings, it seems kind of slapped together and fixtures are low quality, but workable.\r \r 2. Maintenance is a little slow, and a couple of times I've just had to live with some things that were wrong in my apartment.\r \r 3. I've heard of only one break-in (1st floor apartment), and two cars in the garage that were dented or scraped by another car.\r \r 4. Very rarely happens, but sometimes residents returning from the clubs in Belltown on the weekend will do something stupid like scratch up the mirror in the elevator or leave bottles outside the building.\r \r 5. Apartments can get quite stuffy on hot summer nights.\r
