very bad service looking to make money with payed reviews give google money and you can remove bad reviews looks funny to me if people dont like you they can write a bad review if you give google money google will remove the bad review

First, I received a kindle fire as a gift. I could not get it to work on a regular basis. Tried numerous times to resolve the problems with customer service, with ZERO responses. Then, yesterday, totally unsolicited, my credit card was charged $99 for amazon prime! Fear of possible other unsolicited charges, I immediately cancelled that card. I will never allow this company to have a card number on file again. Regardless of size, I do not feel that this is a reputable company.

RETURNED ITEM, BUT REFUND OF $89.95 NOT PAID ALTHOUGH ACKNOWLEDGED THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED. STATES ERRONEUSLY, REFUND WAS MADE. IT NEVER HAPPENED. THE BURDEN OF PROOF LIES WITH THE DEBTOR! HAD REFUND BE MADE TO MI VISA CARD CONFIRMATION NO. WOULD HAVE ISSUED, (GAAP.) TERIBLE COMPANY. CAVEAT!!! !!!!

Our company been since 1999 and I used the same IT guy for 10 years but this couples years I switched with Network Support Group and they have the best services any phone call they respond right away, before I used to have a lot problem and a lot delay, but now I'm very happy.

We have been working with NSG for numerous years now. They are always very speedy on their response time. If you have an issue they fix it quickly. We have used multiple vendors in the past and had down time which you could measure by the week. These folks know their stuff and are able to get you everything you need at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

This number is disconnected. I tried for 90 minuted on my Amazon account to do a return/exchange and to make a contact. but to no avail. I would go thru the process- several pages then would always end up at page one. Having to start over. There is not a way to get a phone number . No order receipt came in the box. I love the shopping with Amazon, but this is the first time for such a difficult time for this return/exchange.

Stay Away!!! Worst customer service ever. The people who work here are SUPER rude. I wanted to rent equipment and needed some advice. I had to go to the guy at the front and he simply said "What" and every question I asked he seemed to not even care and gave me no feedback. When I asked him which DJ lights were the best and looked cool he said "Just pick one". He also rolled his eyes in my face and threw his books down. Finally, he yelled at me and said that I need to communicate with him about what software I'm using (umm, I don't know, thats what I was asking HIM about) and he threw it in my face. Worst place possible! Go somewhere else! These people do NOT know how to do business.
