Southwest Property Maintenance
Scammer. The owner, Darren Brown, hired a crew of workers to do $4,000 worth of tree trimming and landscaping work and DID NOT PAY. I do not recommend doing business with Southwest Property Maintenance. (He also uses this number: 480-797-2739)

Prior to picking a management company to manage my property, I called several of them several different times. All of the companies with the exception of this one had phone trees. I prefer to speak with a live person and that is what I got every time that I called them, so that is who I chose. The first impression was accurate because they do an excellent job.

Reached out to RPM for a quote and professional advice regarding the property.I must say i was amazed at the amount of time they committed to me while i was going through the due diligence phase of this purchase. They made several trips to the property on my behalf, ran rental comps, answered a laundry list of questions that i had, and all at no charge. When i informed them that i was not going to go through with the purchase, their demeanor was the same as when i first made contact with them. This is unusual in this day and age. I am still looking for a property to buy and when i make the purchase there is zero questions who i will use to manage it.

We had a serious water issue in our home that we were renting from Real Property Management Pinnacle. The issue arose late in the day on a Friday and the water had to be shut off to the house. The shut off of the water landed us in a hotel for the weekend until everything was fixed and completed. I must compliment the staff because they worked with me late into the night on Friday until i was settled into hotel. They gave me updates over the weekend until i was able to move back into the home at the start of the next week. They could have easily blown me off over the weekend but they did not! i typically do not write reviews, but i was so happy with the service that i received, i did in this case! Great company and great people!

I inherited a property about a year ago and I live on the other side of the country. My job prevents me from taking a lot of time off, so I was unable to travel to Arizona to do what was needed to turn the house into a rental property. The team at Real Property Management Pinnacle worked with me closely over a period of about a month to help me with this process. They saved me thousands of dollars and lost time from work because they were able to do almost everything on my behalf. I was a little nervous at the start to give them so much responsibly but as the process got further along I became more comfortable with them. The home is now a rental property and generating income for me which was the plan. This is a really solid company and I am so glad that I found them.

I am in the military and have been stationed overseas for a number of years. This is the third property management company I have used since I left Arizona and they are by far the best! I wish I had found them first, but sometimes you have to go through a couple of bad experiences to get to the best. Totally at ease now being thousands and thousands of miles away. If you want and need peace of mind then use this company!

I do a lot of maintenance work for various property management companies. This company is at the top of my list because I can always get a hold of someone when I need to and they give me good direction. I have always been impressed in how the staff at this company goes the extra mile for the tenant or owner. Many other companies don't - believe you me. I see it every day. If I ever am asked about who to go to for property management my number one recommendation would be this company. I see how they treat people and they treat people right.

These folks really have their act together. I have had a couple of complicated repairs with the condo I am renting. Normally, I would be very bothered with the amount of stuff that has popped up but the staff at RPM has kept me in the loop at every turn. All is smooth now but wanted to compliment them on all of the effort they put into keeping me informed.

Have been renting from this company for 3 months now. Great experience with the house I am renting and the staff. The other company I rented from took days to respond to calls/issues. This outfit is all over it from the start. Very pleased wit the experience so far.
Tips & Advices
The primary service of nurseries is production and/or sale of plants, trees, and related products. Some nurseries provide delivery and installation of plants and trees. Nurseries can also provide irrigation materials, service and irrigation management, landscape design and maintenance, lawn care, and tree service and maintenance.
While there are many nurseries that provide various product guarantees (usually with limitations), each establishment has its own set of rules and policies. Ask questions and do your research before buying.
Nurseries are able to nurture a plant from seedling to mature plant with skill, potentially increasing its longevity and health. All you have to do is maintain it. Nurseries have the resources and personnel to handle a wide variety of plant life, which creates a more diverse selection for the consumer, and can help  guide you in growing your own green thumb.
Besides the obvious geographical difference, the main thing separating indoor from outdoor plants is their temperature tolerance. Some require cooler temperatures and shade; others need more direct sunlight and warmth; some are flexible and able to thrive in either environment, provided the temperature differences are not extreme.
The best plants for low-maintenance care include ficus, spider plant, Mother In Law’s Tongue, cacti or cactus, Peace Lily, Touch-Me-Not, ivy, succulents, and Kalanchoe. Each of these plants requires minimal watering and attention (but still might like you to talk to them).
