What a nightmare my nails look horrible and the owner did them! He cut my cuticle and tore the skin around my nails!! The whole time complaining about his wife and asking me if he was doing a good job. I was horrified because he had locked the door and we were alone. The tips he used do not fit my nail and he used glue to fill in the gaps! He missed the sides when he put on the polish. I cannot tell you how awful this experience was. This is a warning there is something very wrong there.

Just finished a wonderful relaxing hour for a pedi and manicure. Piano music, massage chairs and friendly nail tech. I highly recommend :). Thank you Paulene's!!!

I have gone to this shop for 8 years. 8 years! And finally, I just had it with their POOR appointment reservation taking and having two of us standing there for the same appointment. This last visit - I'm guessing somebody didn't get me down, cuz Hannah made me wait 12 minutes while she got something to eat and then folded the towels and didn't say squat about it when she finally sat down to do my nails. And whatever was going on, was going on to the amusement of the person in the next station and the reservation guy standing off to my left shoulder.

I'd give NO stars if I could since I never got to experience this salon, thanks to Sabrina. I tried for 3 days to get an appointment at this salon. I got an answering machine every time I called with the incorrect information to go to -- that website no longer exists! I left my name and number twice -- no callback. Maybe I made the mistake of saying I was visiting and Sabrina assumed that I wouldn't be a return customer -- or couldn't afford her way over-priced services. Wrong on both counts. We're renting a 2400 sq ft home in Fountain Hills for 6 weeks -- that's 3 fills at $50 each, plus pedicures. Obviously she's a huge snob and doesn't need the money. I've made an appointment with another salon. And since I got Sabrina's name and number from the Tammy Taylor Distributor in Seattle, I'll make sure he knows what a terrible, rude representative she is for Tammy Taylor products. I'm thinking these previous previous were written by her friends and relatives.

This place is very beautiful and clean. My whole family go here for our manicure and pedicure services. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. The tech is very good with color. I told my tech what I like and she usually selects the perfect shade for me. They are also very detail oriented which is hard to find.

Regal Nails
I came in for a fill and gel nail polish. Calling the one I went to in Dobson and the 202 they said all the ones in Walmart charge the same and it would be $27 total. I went to this one on north sight after work and when finished I was charged $45 and gave a $5 tip. I repeated the number $45 and asked if they were sure and she said yes. On the way home I had to scratch an itch on my face and scratched up my face because of how sharp they are and uneven. I now have to go pay to get them fixed after paying the $50 total this time. I am very unhapppy. Leaving this review and never coming back

Beauty Nail & Spa
The worst pedicure I have had. I did the organic higher end pedicure and they didn't push back or cut cuticles at all, the loofah scrub was only done on the heals so the rest of the foot still had dry skin, the lotion massage was nothing more than rubbing in the lotion not massaging at and ll and asked if they could get my ingrown nails and totally disregarded even filing or straightening the nails... absolutely terrible! The entire pedicure was a half hour in length... I'd expect that for a regular pedi but not for the higher end. Won't be back and suggest going elsewhere if you want to get your money's worth.

Just a moment...
