Above & Beyond Acupuncture
I have never recieved acupuncture before I met Paul. My friends recommended that I go see him and I must say I was glad that I did! I got some cupping and acupuncture done. I honestly felt great afterwards. The Above & Beyond Acupuncture clinic was clean as a whistle and had a peaceful vibe! The moment I walked in the door, the music put me at ease! Paul was super friendly and very professional. He actually spent lot of time getting to know me before he started my first treatment. I without hesitation, recommend Paul at Above & Beyond Acupuncture! I will for sure go there again in the very near future! Thank you so much Paul!

Back In Action Of Scottsdale
If you have anything bothering you from a small shoulder pain to a sever back or neck pain this clinic should be your first stop. I wasted so much time with medicine and MRIs and xrays and injections for my back before I came here and after weeks of treatment and getting the right diagnosis when no one else seemed to fully know what was going on I completely recovered. I wish my physician would of referred me here before he sent me to a surgeon and I would of been back to hiking even faster.

Serenity Massage
I have a recurring back pain for quite a long time. I went here and the pain was gone to my surprise. I'm not sure how they did it, but I'm happy.

Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
