Best & Affordable Plumbers Chandler
These guys did an amazing job! They pinpointed the problem right away, and unlike the other plumbers I had talked to, they gave me a very fair price and even helped me save some extra dollars on the job. I recommend them to all my friends when someone asks me for a plumber near me. They are truly the best and most affordable.Thank you guys! - Joan S.

Gino came on the same day I called for service. Quick, efficient, and removed some old plumbing connections under the sink and installed modern ones.

Called Mr Plumber and was greeted by a friendly voice who then had Geno call me to schedule an appointment. Within an hour of calling Geno showed up and started to work. Listened to my comments on the problem and proceeded to clean the drain. Friendly, courteous and knew what he was doing. Problem solved.

Very tough job - hard to get at: under and between twin sinks, counter sunk into plywood counter base, rusted on ... Removed rusted on kitchen sink faucet. Required cutting with power tool above and below the granite counter top to remove it. Then installed new faucet and cleaned up. Will definitely hire again

Unclogged a drain, snaked the system, replaced a toilet flush handle, and replaced leaky sprinkler plumbing. The work went very well. The plumber explained everything he was going to do before doing it. He was professional and pleasant during the entire service visit.

Gene was very professional. Easy to speak with; gave me a competitive quote over the phone, showed up on time and did the job correctly. Would definitely use them again.

Mr. Plumber Phoenix
While driving on the freeway. I was hit by one of their vans, left a huge scratch. Driving recklessly, cutting people off, scratching my bumper (it's very visable). I was not the only person honking at this person. I called the company to tell them what had happened so they know they have EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. Guess what?!The owner calls me and told me I was wrong and to have a great day. I will be making a police report. Pictures don't lie :)

Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
