The Management Trust
Mismanaged and poorly run management company. Good luck finding anyone to answer the phone whenever you have a general question, let alone for any major concerns. Refrain from purchasing any property managed by these clowns.

I have had nothing but five star service when dealing with The Management Trust. The community is always kept clean and is very well run. Anytime questions or concerns I have had have been answered thoroughly by Nicole, Kay and Denise. They are always there to listen and address any situation. Thank you for helping over the latest year and a half. I look forward to your continued phenomenal service.

BEWARE - Slum lord who rents homes that are falling apart with no intention of fixing issues! They are quick to respond when rent is due, but they don't care when your utilities don't work...

The Management Trust
The worst management company ever! You will regret ever hiring these fools. Managers are incompetent and unprofessional such as Lisa Pritchard for example. Filed grievance against her . Despite doing so, the manager "Carl Westlund", still allowed her to handle our account. Managers are all unprofessional and unqualified to be superiors. Good luck getting in touch with any community managers. They will do everything in their power to dodge your phone calls or concerns. Refrain from this company at all costs. Far from professionals doing business.

Just a terrible business. I've been a tenant with them for only 3 months and I was never notified about the change of my agent. Also I've gone through 4 agents because some "left", or are sick or etc. Also nobody will return my calls or emails. Completely unacceptable.

AZ Rental Homes
STAY AWAY! I've lived many of places b4 and know whats expected of me at move out. This was devastating! Chrgs listed on invoice were for $195 carpet cleaning. Had srvc come out and they refused 2 do the job due 2 the age/wear of the carpet and wrote a recommendation to be replaced. This info was given to Lisett (Leasing Agent). She responded that it is required and will be billed 2 me and if replacement is indeed needed, then the amt charged to me will be applied 2wards the cost of replacement. $300 for touch up paint, which the owner would have had 2 do regardless due to holes in the wall throughout the unit from a slab leak that was poorly repaired and dry walled by their maintenance. Another leak from the upstairs neighbors AC caused browning near the baseboards and bubbling in the paint. $190 for maid service. I thoroughly cleaned & took photos. Other charges were for AC filter & smoke detector battery. These things are the owner's responsibility as part of turn-over.

Austin Fleck Property Management
Oh Austin Fleck Property Management... On several occasions we were told from SUSAN (the owner) that we were NOT her clients, the home owner was. I'm sorry, did I not pay for fees? That was shocking! After finding out the owners would be moving back into the house and we would need to move out, we found a much better home for our family (this WAS a blessing). We moved out about 1 month prior to our lease expiring. We had the house cleaned, carpets cleaned and prepped for the inspection only to find out TWO months later we would not be getting all of our deposit back. We were charged for things that we had taken care of but a "crew" found needing attention. Of course they did! That's how they made money that day. We were charged for keys that never existed. My cleaning crew missed a few things, which I did not know about and if I had I would have had the cleaning crew come back out and fix. But instead I was charged $269.25 for Austin Fleck's cleaning crew to clean the house again. NO COMMUNICATION or COURTESY. I guess a Knit Picker is going to pick. I guess I am expecting to much from an UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCOURTEOUS company like AUSTIN FLECK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Again, I am so thankful we moved and do not have to deal with them any more.

If you are looking for a management company to collect your fee and your tenants rent but do nothing else then this is your management company. Their properties are dumps because there is no tenant screening or property inspections. No follow up ever. A recent response from Candice over the phone was "Okay, whatever". Run.

Save yourself the nightmare of having to deal with this company as your land lord! They have absolutely no professionalism, no courtesy & no customer service skills. Service request that are submitted takes weeks to complete & the service tech is always rude. They will find ways to charge you fees for anything they can come up with, even if you are always on time for rent & are a great renter who takes pride in your rental home as if it was your own. I'm sure they are milking the owners just as much to rent out their properties as they are the renters to rent them. If you can't afford to stay in business without taking advantage of your clients & renters, maybe you shouldn't be in business.

Just a moment...
