Went into this store for the 1st time about a month ago. Had mail ordered some pieces and needed to return them. I live 2 hours away. There was no mention of return time on receipt or on website that I could find. I went in to return items and was about 2 weeks past their return time of a month. I was informed it was a month once in store. I was treated very poorly. Practically shamed by the sales people for trying to return the items at that point. I've never felt more unwelcomed! I wasn't greeted once in store and I was the only customer. I walked around for a bit before going up to the counter. Long story short, I ended up speaking to the manager. She turned out to be delightful. Her name is Dana. It is because of her that my experience turned around. I ended up buying even a few more things. I would not want to deal with anyone in that store except for her. Shame the whole staff couldn't be that accommodating and pleasant. Surprised at the stark difference between Dana and her staff tho, must admit. Frankly, the sales staff was so unfriendly, I would think twice about going in again even if I did deal with Dana only.
