State Farm Insurance
Today I called Brad Sutter's office and some lady Laurie came to talk. When I told her about my experience w VIP auto body, she flat out told me that she is not bothered by how vip autobody treats its customers. And she was defending them.. She came around only after 5 min of my asking again and again if that's how state farm/Brad Sutter wants his clients treated their longtime customers...I really think they ve a scam w the VIP autobody to intimidate customers and make the customers pay for what is not their fault..I am v disappointed w their response and scam and want to take my business elsewhere. We ve been w Brad Sutter for atleast 16 yrs and this is the respect he has trained his office to give clients...It was recommended by state farm and I took my car...The guy there took pictures standing far. And then when I called to let him know that the driver door was not closing properly and that there was a metallic noise everytime I closed the door...Jimmy told me that he will take care of it. When I went to drop my car, the guy Jason was there and I made sure he understands what the problem was. But when I went to pick the car. Jimmy denied knowing it and Jason initially told me that they could not do anything about it and that it was going to have the door be like that. Then I took Jimmy to the car and he claimed he is deaf so he could not appreciate it. Then I took him to each door and made him feel each door how it was not fully closing fully. He basically raised his voice and started intimidating me that nothing can be done about it. And then Jason chimed in. And Jimmy basically told me that he does not care that State farm was notified as they will listen to him. So I took pictures and called State Farm. I think they ve a deal w State farm to intimidate clients and do as little work as possible so they are in good books w State Farm. Awful service and not only that they were trying to intimidate w their burly selves and raised and rude voice and talks.

If you are in the Chicago area this is the insurance company to see. Their quotes are often the cheapest but on occasion they may not be. Still even then, I go with Lloyd Agencies because when you have a claim, they are thorough and deliver what they promised you.The other thing I like is they always return calls quickly, even if they don't have an outcome to your claim. They at least keep you updated, unlike some other insurance companies I have dealt with.Their salespeople explain everything in detail in your policy coverage in layman terms without all the legal parlance that is part of an insurance policy. industry.Highly recommended.
