Management is amazing, she worked hard to get me the apartment I wanted. Move in day was amazing (roughly a year and a half ago). The apartment itself is "ok", nothing amazing. There were some repairs to be made, but it never was hard to get anyone to come fix it. My apartment however, was right next to a creek, where the bugs are crazy. I have had it all: huge cockroaches everyday, then that stopped. Then I had RATS ( I CAUGHT 5 WITHIN ONE MONTH) but I asked to exterminator to spray the exterior of the entire building, so I have not had a problem with that since. Then I had fruit flies everywhere. That went away, but then i had GIGANTIC house flies ( seriously, i killed twenty in one single window one afternoon). Then those went away, and now I had sugar ants. I am a very clean person, I clean everything with Bleach, but they still manage to come back. If you want to move in here, I suggest you ask for an apartment AWAY from the creek, or any of the wooded area. If it weren't for all the bug/rat problems, I would gave given 5 stars. It's cheap, friendly, and someone is always willing to help with your problems.

We had to stay at this hotel emergently due to evacuation of our home for hurricane Matthew. Our first choice closed due to the storm. Tiffany Duval and her assistant LaDonna were absolutely fabulous during extremely difficult circumstances. The power at the hotel went out. We had no hot water. There was no regular services available but these two folks went over and above their normal jobs to put the guests first with probable compromise of their own safety. We chose this place because it was pet friendly. We had the horrible experience of our dog getting sick and died in the room during the power outage. Tiffany was helpful, compassionate and went out of her way to help us including providing a special room and container to house the dog until arrangements could be made for her body. I was impressed with the compassion of these folks and I will be eternally grateful.

Edgewater Trace Apartments
I would highly recommend this place to others. I am a young mother of one son and I came from florida to attend college. I've been at this place for over 3 years now and they have truly improved. The workers and maintenance always been a huge help to the people out here. I have met other families and friends and loved the community. This is not a bad place like you read from the other views. This is a nice and quit place to be and relax by a lake that's located in the front of the apartments. I enjoyed my time being here. Please don't pass it by because of 2 comments fron 2 years ago, This place is close place to everything. from bus routes to shopping. good luck!!!

Infested with BUGS!!!!The manager is really nice and did everything she could to get rid of the problem, but upon moving in I noticed a roach infestation. Four months later we are still waging war with the roaches. Not only are we seeing roaches but also spiders and other creatures I can not identify. It's not every once in a while, it's on a daily basis and I am so ready to go and break my lease. Like another reviewer I am a very clean person and I still get bugs. I do not even invite people over because I am scared they might see a roach. My house is getting sprayed every week, but they won't go away!!!!!

Best location in town! Walking distance to everything and tons of great restaurants and bars right across the street. I am attending a meeting here now and I travel to Savannah on a regular basis and this is my home away from home. Excellent customer service and great food and beverage! I also love the fact that they don't charge for Internet in the guestrooms and the business center is complimentary. Thank you for another great stay Hilton Savannah DeSoto...I'll be back!HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HILTON SAVANNAH DESOTO!!!

La Quinta
We loved staying here for 4 days and nights. Any complaint we had the manager Bill took care of all the issues with kindness and kept us updated on the status. I would recommend staying here to all my friends and family. The staff here is so nice and always had a smile. The rooms are the cleanest we seen on our relocation from Texas. The sheets still smells laundry fresh. You will love staying here too. Thanks to Bill and his staff. Thank you La Quinta for a wonderful stay and is pet friendly with no extra cost.

very nice, had no issues explaining the hurricane situation to us clueless Okies. The room was very clean and the water pressure was fantastic! We checked out with Tiffany this morning, she answered a ton more hurricane questions and explained how the evacuation routes would work as we made our way to Orlando. Thank you girls for all your patience, smiles and bright/happy personalities! Our short stay was very much enjoyed.

Homewood Suites By Hilton Savannah
The rooms are very reasonably priced and the level of accommodation is superb. I was very happy with the meals they provided for breakfast and dinner at no additional cost. The staff are all really friendly and make you feel right at home. They are pet friendly and had no issue with my dogs even though 1 was quite a bit bigger than their policy. My wife and I will definitely stay here again in our future travels

Not too bad of a place to rest ur head. The too was clean, the staff was nice, the continental breakfast was ok the normal stuff cereal, waffles, mini muffins, toast juice and coffee. The coffee wasnt the best, the only negative thing is they need new beds. We woke up both days with our backs killing but if u want a reasonable priced place to stay about 12 miles for the historic district this is ur place.

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience. They offered free wifi, SpikeTV (we love Cops), and limited breakfast. We were a little worried when we booked it for $35 as we've stayed in some seedy places. We were pleasantly surprised to find an updated room with a decent bed, refrigerator, and microwave. Clerk was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay there again.
