Georgia Skin & Cancer Clinic
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. They not able to handle a simple claim based on their contract with the insurance company and in the end, they will send you a bill, and you should pay for their mistake from your pocket. I went there in July, and then I received a bill, and I called them, and they told me it's not their problem and they not gonna fix the problem since they just use the same procedure code for every patient that go there for the first time!!! Then I went to their office to fix the problem, and someone promise me to fix it, and I call them at least once a month, but every time they sent a wrong claim to insurance company!!!!In the last few business days, I try to talk with the head of the clinic to solve the problem but nobody answer the phone or my voice mails. You can see under my review on their facebook page they promise to contact me, but they didn't, and they didn't answer my phones. So don't go there except that you want to pay from your pocket for a simple visit that your insurance will cover since as I mention they can't handle a claim, and they don't care. Since when you going there, they make you sign and accept that if your insurance didn't pay you gonna pay, so they don't care that they submit a claim correctly or not since legally, in the end, you should pay since you accept their term and conditions. In August I moved to another city, and I can't go there in person to at least getting an answer since as I mentioned many times they not going to answer you and they don't care.---------------------------I edit my review to let you all know more detail about this place since yellow pages don't let me write more than one review for this placeThis is my original review:If you want your insurance pays for your visit, don't go there since their staff unable to process a claim correctly and in the end, they sent you a bill for your visit. Unfortunately, I went there in July, and still they cannot fix their mistake and send a correct claim based on their contract with my insurance company (United HealthCare)

I admit I am biased. I love working here. Dr. Richard James is a talented and caring surgeon. As a Mohs surgeon, he performs the surgery to remove skin cancer, he microscopically determines the margins of the cancer, and finally he repairs the defect in the most cosmetically appealing way. Our patients appreciate the fact they can have all of this done in the comfort of their private room where they can wait with family. I really enjoy the fact that many patients come in as strangers but feel like family by the time they are released.

Coastal Dermatology
Terrible personality, won't answer questions, just wants to freeze spray as much as possible and charge incredible surgery rates. Nothing she has sprayed got better.

Dr. Adam Pritzker is very thorough and knowledgeable! Even when he is busy he takes the time to explain everything and not rush you out.
Tips & Advices
Cosmetic dermatology is a specialization of the field, which focuses on a person's appearance.
See a dermatologist if you have recurring problems with your skin, hair, nails or mucous membranes, or for any concerns about cosmetic appearance. Medicare patients will likely pay 20 percent of the Medicare-approved amount if the health care provider covers dermatology for a medical skin condition.
Dermatology tends to be covered by insurance if it is deemed a "medical necessity." The amount of coverage and cost depends on the specific health plan.
There is such a thing as a pediatric dermatologist--medical professionals who treat children from birth through adolescence - usually for skin conditions most common in younger patients. Regular dermatologists can also work with children of various ages.
Dermatologists can perform biopsies, dermabrasion, hair removal, laser surgery, cosmetic injections (like Botox), Mohs surgery for skin cancer, skin grafts, vein therapy, and chemical peels, to name a few.
