The service Tech Daniel that came to my house was, very professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable; answered all my questions and address any concerns, made suggestions on a few items that may need to be address in the near future, but never pressure me in any way.Bottom Line is I am 100% impressed with Savannah Air Factory LLC Can’t say enough good things about them. Canady's Precision Air
Since 2005, we've been dealing with Canady's Precision Air. Their service staff, is superior. From the office staff, to management and most of all service personnel have always been knowledgeable, very helpful and always ensured that they left their appointment making us feeling very satisfied. They do regular check-in's to ensure the system is working well. When our new system was recently installed (took 2 days) they came prepared with tarps; they were focused and clearly knew what they were doing. We received a complete walk-thru of both the larger units in the attic as well as the main floor units. Then days later another phone call to ensure the system was running & we felt comfortable with it. Outstanding follow thru from start to finish!! (Posted on behalf of Rosie C.)

Comfort Air Corporation
This business has always been excellent from the moment we first started using it. Renee, and all employees we have had contact with have been professional, helpful and really care. This review is specifically for Ricky W. though... our unit stopped working yesterday when the temperature was still in the high 90's. He arrived promptly and took care of the problem. He was incredibly professional, conscientious, and 100% skilled at his profession. He also gave us some great tips to conserve energy and extend the life of our A/C unit. We will always request Ricky as our technician now, and highly recommend this business!

Honest Heating and Air
Fantastic company, and just like the name says, honest.Rick came in and cleaned our AC unit in the middle of summer when we thought we were about to have to buy a brand new system. Our AC now works like its new again. He isn't pushy like the other 'big' companies. He is down to earth, reliable, hard working and really is there to help you.

Climatech Air Inc
Experienced, reputable and very knowledgeable. Came in to look at a full replacement and suggested a repair instead as the unit did not yet need to be replaced. They are honest, local and dependable. They are not looking to make a killing off from a customer, but in doing the right thing...

Great Service !!! We won't use another company for our HVAC needs.
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
