Totally unreliable, dishonest, unprofessional, zero concern for urgency.Far unacceptable for industry
Tori's professional staff provides excellent, compassionate care for my mom. They are kind, dependable, and most of all, care about the little things that make home health care work. I recommend them to anyone in need of total care or companionship.
I was in the facility for 25 days food was not that good the nurses were very caring and even talked to you as a friend. They explained.things so I could understand things even the asst nurses did what u asked they would cut my food open my.drink my hands were to.weak I was kept clean my.bed was kept clean I never was tied down I had a string on my.gown in case I was to close to the.edgeof.the.bed the alarm would go off. Every morning the cleaning lady wouuld.come in and.open my.blinds with a smile and a.greeting i would recommend this facility .
This is a less than caring facility. My husband was tied to his bed with 3 litres of fluid on the outside of his lungs being seen by DO's instead of MD's. He spent 35 days here before I realized he was dying if I didn't get him to a real hospital with real doctors. After 5 days in a real hospital, the fluid was removed, he was not doped on ativan, and was standing beside his bed. Do not send a critical patient to this "hospital" with no "care" for their patients.
My parent's Doctor set up merderi of sarasota home health for them My parnets live in their home in Venice, Fl They cook ,clean go out dailiy for meals . Their house is spotless and they are alwayts clean. I am a MSW and my wif eis a RN We have a combined 40 years working in nursing homes. I live in Venice and visit them dailiy. They still drive and have not had an accident or ticket in 30 years. They are health well feed and contient. We they decided they did not want the Home health visiting with them to take their pulse and then charging mediciare thousands of dollars i cancelled merderi. It turn these scum bags called the Florida adult protection on me parents. The case manager stated ""this was fruad because they are old they are still doing OK'' Mederi call adult protetion on us for pay back because mow they can not screw over mediciare. The care mamager form the state of florida closed the case.
I cannot say enough good things about Complex Care Hospital. I was admitted after a stay at another hospital for care of my quite extensive surgical wound, as well as for continued monitoring and control of my severe diabetes. The highly experienced wound care team was very professional and exacting while at the same time compassionate. I received attention to my specific nutritional needs. I also found the nursing staff and assistants to be caring and very conscientious, They listened to and addressed any concerns I had. The physical therapy department got me from being unable to stand at all to walking (with a walker) all over the hospital. By the end of 3 weeks I was ready for a regular rehab. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing extended hospital care.
I am a current employee @ All Stat. It is pleasure to see them every week.
I have worked for the company now for almost 2 years now, they care about their clients and their employees. When ever there is a problem they are right there to help.
Called for new services on a Sunday morning and had an Aide when I needed them that night. Top Notch.
My father was admitted to Complex Care Hospital - Ridgelake after a long hospital stay. While he was no doubt very ill, and his particular case was quite complicated, I feel that the care he received was inadequate and subpar. In the two weeks that he was there, we never got the comprehensive care plan that they tout. It was frequently difficult to get meaningful time with appropriate physicians and nurse staff about important health matters. Moreover, the general nursing care that he received seemed inadequate - lacking conscientiousness and even competence at times. My father was loaded up with drugs in a seemingly cavalier and out of context way that permanently impacted his cognitive ability. The hospital never seemed to reach out for the expertise needed to provide the proper care that my father needed. He didn't get the day-to-day care even around basic hygiene that left him with severe mouth ulcers and bleeding gums. When he left Complex Care, the inside of his mouth was black. My father had to be readmitted to the hospital after his stay at Complex Care as he had declined precipitously there and was in grave condition. He barely survived the ambulance ride back to Sarasota Memorial. Of course, others will have other experiences, but ours at Complex Care - Ridgelake was about as bad as it can get. I would not personally recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. It may or may not have contributed to my father's death, but it certainly did not contribute to any rehabilitation or relief and was largely responsible for the last weeks of his life being a particularly grueling, painful, and uncomfortable time.
