Demetrios Pizza & Grill
We have been getting take out. Food is always warm and fresh! The service is friendly and one is greeted promptly. We've had pizza and Caesar's salad, both were very good. Atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Patrons seemed happy. There is plenty of seating and parking available. After trying out other pizza places, Demetrios has become our favorite. They offer a variety of food, which we'll have to try out when we dine in some time ;)

Piccolo Italian Market and Deli
I just read the review of Kari.bunker, and if I may speak for the staff and other customers that frequent Piccolo's I'd like to thank you for not returning. Your review reads like YOU may be the problem.Having said that, the food there is fantastic and staff is friendly and courteous. My family and I go there frequently and have sent may friends there too. They all loved the food and have never had a problem with staff or service. Piccolo's also has catered several events at my home and everyone loved the food. The pizza is delicious and I especially love their meatball sub! Salads are crisp and fresh. They have a wide variety of deli meats and sandwiches are freshly made. They sell their deli meat as well and I find they are cheaper than Publix. Give Piccolo's a try!!!!!!

Rico's Pizzeria
Service and atmosphere are fine - but the food is what keeps me coming back. Great pricing and HUGE servings. Always have leftovers for later.

Patellinis Pizza
The mixed kid upfront is the rudest sob, service here is terrible on multiple occasions. If you don't tip when ordering in they are complete A holes especially the mixed kid. Changed the tv right when i was watching it and called fat when i was there before. Over priced and just looking at that kid who is a complete loser and going to work his hole life makes me sick. People like that in there are a reflection of management, and the owner. NEVER AGAIN

Micheal Angelo's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant
Awful customer service. Food isn't the greatest, and it's too expensive. The owner is not someone I will ever want to do business with again.

Angelo's Restaurant
The Best meal in Sarasota. When you dine there you are family. Chef / Owner Angelo brings out the very best in you and his kitchen. You haven't eaten out until you go there. We eat out often and at many fine places. Angelo's is our Favorite and to us is the Best of them all.

Tips & Advices
Gutters can typically last 30 years or longer. With the right care and periodic re-caulking of the seams and corners, aluminum gutters can last indefinitely. However, when replacing a roof, opting for new gutters at the same time is usually a good idea.
Leaves, twigs, and other debris are the most common causes of clogged gutters. If these items are allowed to sit for an extended period of time, they could become moldy, which can clog your gutters further.
If gutters or seams are leaky or rusty, it's time for them to be replaced. Also, if there are signs of water damage or mold in the home, check the gutters to see if they are the culprit.
If gutters are clogged, rain water won't be directed away from the home. Water can build up near the roof or foundation, and eventually begin leaking into the home. This can cause mold, mildew, and extensive water damage. It can also make the home more inviting to termites and other pests. Over time, water dripping near a foundation or onto sidewalks can cause the cement or brick to break down. If there is a garden, bushes or other landscaping below the gutters, these can become damaged as well. If the gutters are clogged over the winter and are located in a cold climate, ice dams can form in the gutters. These are very heavy and can cause damage to the roof, the gutters and potentially the side of the home.
If a homeowner plans to clean his or her gutters twice a year, this task should be done at the beginning of spring and fall.
