Carpet Cleaning Santa Monica
I want to thank this company for the meticulous mold removal service. Their inspection revealed serious issues, but they got rid of the mold quickly, using only safe materials. I strongly recommend their professional service.

Carpet Cleaning Santa Monica
I had some tough stains on the dining room carpet that needed professional cleaning, so I chose to use your service. The cleaning technician came over and busted out his equipment. He made our carpet look brand new!

Dry Clean Express
Dry clean express has done a good job with two special occasion dresses that I've taken to them in the past. Big cleaned both quickly and without any damage.

Carpet Cleaning Santa Monica
I was referred to this company by a friend, and am so grateful that I called. I needed services right away in my home for a mold issue in the basement, and they came in and cleaned then inspected everything!

Carpet Cleaning Santa Monica
When we got back from our trip, the carpet was wet. One of the radiators was broken. We had it fixed and explained to this carpet cleaning company what happened. This guy inspected the entire carpet for mold. Fortunately, it was clean. He dried and cleaned the carpet, did thorough work and left our floor smelling good. Appreciated the fast water restoration and cleaning service.

Ocean Express Cleaners
Excellent dry cleaning and minor alterations. They really know what they're doing and fixed some complicated pressing on a designer blouse that 2 other cleaners botched. Hemming, reweaving and shortening sleeves are done quickly. (not tailoring or evening gown alterations though.) plus Griselda is incredibly warm and accommodating, AND she has a genuine photographic memory! so not only do you always feel like a valued customer, but she takes one look at you and retrieves your clothes from the back without even looking at your receipt - amazing!

Plaza Dry Cleaners
Great quality and fantastic service...... what else can i ask for? Been going here ever since the first time I tried them. Take all of my family clothes there as well and they are all really satisfied with the quality of cleaning as well. Have also referred 4-5 of my friends since I started using them and they haven't stopped going there either. They get it right EVERY TIME!

Lily White Ava Cleaners
Worst experience of my life they damaged over $20,000. worth of Dolce Gabana Suits by melting the fabric together. You don't press or iron suits. They also punctured holes in all of my skirts and faded everything by burning it in there press. My clothes were not actually clean either when I picked them up.Never had to take a dry cleaner to court before until now.Avoid them at all costs

Prestige Cleaners
I am a Resident of Santa Monica For the Past 15 Years. I have been to many Upscale cleaners in the Santa Monica Area with much better service and work. I had The Worst Experience with This Establishment! They Lost My Expensive designer shirt several Month Ago. Went To talk To the Owner Joseph Ebrahimbour To get Reimbursed. Ran Me Around for several Month and offered To pay $30 Total Including The cost Of cleaning. Had To go to small claim Court and File a Claim to get Reimbursed. I got Worst Customer Service and got treated Very Unprofessional. Do Not Take anything Of value There! Flair Or Other cleaners in Santa Monica will give you a Much better Service. Green Tree Cleaners down the street is also the same owner. I would be very careful dealing with these people altogether!!

Tips & Advices
Homeowners can purchase carpet cleaners ranging from compact units to full-size industrial-strength machines. Some models specialize in removing allergens from pet hair, while others may work better on tough stains. Some carpet cleaners can be bulky and require ample storage space. Other features you may want to consider for in a cleaning unit include: attachments that work on upholstery, stairs, bare floors, or small spaces; brushes; and a removable hose.
Renting is usually much cheaper than owning a machine or hiring a service. But not all rental units perform equally, some might require extra drying time or the use of special solvents that will cost more. - Renting a unit means you must also move furniture yourself and pay close attention to ensure you're operating the unit correctly. Making a mistake could mean damaging your carpet or the unit itself. Improperly drying carpet could allow harmful bacteria and mold to grow.
Yes. This may involve specifying exactly what services you would like performed, as well as the size of your home's carpeted area. Make sure you understand exactly what is included in a quoted price. Some businesses may charge extra to move furniture, clean stairs, or use special treatment methods. Ask questions if any detail about the quote is unclear.
Decide which method you want to use by taking into consideration not only cost, but how long the process will take from start to finish, including drying time. Don't always go with the service offering the lowest price, or hire a service who advertises door-to-door or over the phone, unless you have done thorough research on them. Ask if the company conducts background checks on employees, as well as if they are insured in your state. Without liability insurance, a mistake that results in damage to your home or furniture may be your responsibility to pay for.
Using powerful solvents to break down dirt and stains, dry cleaning puts less physical stress on the carpet, and thus might be better in the long run. However, dry cleaning is usually more expensive than hot-water cleaning services. In addition, the chemicals used to dry clean carpets might irritate pets, people with sensitive skin, or anyone sensitive to strong odors.
