Garrett's Old Fashion Restaurant
Great food, okay service ( for as busy as it was, Sunday morning)... the restaurant is a bit small, so if you're seated by the door, expect people to hover over you while you eat as there is not much space for waiting. Parking is mainly along state and mission st... overall food was great and prices were reasonable! Would definitely go back :)

Moby Dick Restaurant
I eat there at least 1-2 times a month. Best time to go is late lunch/early dinner. Then, sit and enjoy the great food and atmosphere. You're in a great place, with a great staff, the food is awesome, so soak it all up and enjoy yourself! Have read some negative reviews, and, gotta say, those people don't get out much!

I love the bread rolls here, they have a hint of garlic, topped with a sprinkle of olive oil and oregano. Its so yummy that I sometimes fill up on the bread rolls :) Dishes on the main course are heavy, its best split or take the left overs home. I especially like their angel hair pastas..

Endless Summer Bar Cafe
Soup served 2 min before dinner, vegetables and mashed potatoes barely warm. Went to dinner before the rush...service not great. Would not recommend with so many other great choices.

Stonehouse @ San Ysidro Ranch
Located at the amazing San Ysidro Ranch the terrace is a great outdoor dining experience with lights and views. The parmesan crusted halibut was my favorite.

Santa Barbara Shellfish Co.
Great view, walked right in at 5 pm on a weeknight, so no waiting, no frills, but excellent shellfish, generous portions and priced exactly right.
