Extremely dissatisfied with service, horrible equipment. I have rented from them for two years, and in two years I have had both refrigerators stop working. The first time it started blowing hot air and we lost a whole freezer full of meat. This happened on a weekend, and I left a message and received a call on Monday and was told they could not send a replacement until Tuesday. I was not happy, but I didn’t push it. One year later, again on a Friday I noticed the refrigerator was not that cold. I called and again left a voicemail. My call was returned on Monday, saying they could not replace it until Tuesday afternoon. So 4 days without a working fridge and I was upset and bought one off Craig’s list last night and had it delivered. I called this morning and told them just to pick up fridge and they told me I had to give 30 days’ notice and had to pay for an extra month for faulty equipment. Once ok, that could happen, but twice in two years and not being made a priority is just ridiculous. Please rent elsewhere or buy on craigslist for $150. In two years I have spent about $720 for a cheap scratched up piece of crap.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!They delivered us a fridge that did not work (it was hell to schedule them to come in the first place), it did not get cold at all, and when we could finally get a guy to come out and exchange it (he was also almost 2 hours late), he agreed that it was very warm but didn't see anything wrong with it. They took it back to the office to check it out and said that it was OUR fault that it wasn't working because we changed the settings to colder because, gee, I don't know, OUR FOOD WAS GOING BAD. It was going bad at the recommended setting and when we made the temperature colder, there was absolutely no change in the fridge, but they're saying that we messed the fridge up. BS. The fridge was messed up beforehand.The office staff is rude and unprofessional. They refuse to give us any sort of compensation for the food that we lost in their fridge or in general. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh, and there is no way to speak to a manager right away.Find another company that will actually appreciate your business, don't give it to these people.

Awful! Don't get ripped off like i did. The only positive thing about this experience were the friendly delivery guys. Yes, I had two of them! The day my unit was delivered (stackable washer/dryer) the tech had to take it back because it wasn't working. The unit is old, very old, and i called to see if they can send a newer one. I was told that is the only stackable washer/dryer they had and would be put on waiting list. A few days later the same ancient unit was delivered, I washed in it twice and it completely ruined my clothes. I called back to see if it can be replaced and again was told its all they have. I asked to cancel my service because i cannot use a washer that doesn't work properly (damages my clothes), and was told that they require 30 day notice for cancellation, meaning I have to pay for 2 months even though the unit was only used twice. How does a company make a customer pay for something they can't use, and they don't have a replacement for it?

I like the customer service. They kept the appointment time and the install was professional. Overall met my expectation for renting an appliance.

This was a great deal and the staff was very professional. Install the next day and went pretty smooth. They actually bothered to call me when they were running an hour late which was refreshing... I would use them again.

I was cautious to rent my appliance over the phone but was pleasantly surprised. The phone rep was informative and helped explain the process. Appliance was delivered as scheduled and in the condition that was described to me. I am happy this service exists because it saved me a big chunk of time and hassle driving around town and figuring out all the details. This is temporary but convenient.

UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING, ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESSES i HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. THE FIRST THREE REFRIGERATION CONTINUALLLY BROKE DOWN. i HAVE TO KEEP MY INSULIN COLD! i ASKED THIS WEEK FOR A PICKUP PROBABLY TUESDAY AND THE GUY TOLD ME WE WILL BE OUT FRIDAY. AS i AM DISABLED, i HAD IT ALL SET UP WITH MY MANAGER TO GIVE ME A NEW REFRIGERATOR AND GET RID OF THIS ONE. GUESS WHAT THE YOUNG MAINTENANCE MAN GOES HOME BEFORE 1800 HRS. AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PICK THE FRIDGE UP AT 1530, THEY MADE ME WAIT ALL DAY UNTIL I CALLED AT 1430, WHEN I FINALLY GOT TIRED OF WAITING.! I TALKED TO YVONNE AGAIN WHO IS TOTALLY USELESS, DOES NOTHING TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. I CALLED AGAIN AND MARISOL LIED TO ME ABOUT THE MANAGERS. FINALLY i GOT A YELA (I THINK) AND IT DID NOT TAKE HER A LONG TO STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT FOR TUESDAY MORNING. WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A OFFICE IN SAN DIEGO IF YOU ARE GOING TO WORK OUT THERE? BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY..ALSO WHEN I TRIED TO CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES FOR A MANAGER NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE AT 1600 HOURS. I CALLED ON MY CELL PHONE AND YELA IMMEDIATELY PICK UP.
