I was ready to buy a car and I had my list of three different cars so I started to go to the dealers. The first dealer didn't have my car then 2nd dealer seem to be a little too pushy I was feeling a little too much pressure on me. then we went over to the last one which was guaranteed Chevrolet and Brian was really easy going and answered all my questions very professional it made the whole experience very enjoyable and then of course there was several of the cars that I wanted to select from and after the test drive I knew this place was it. This has been my third car that I bought from a car dealer and by far the best experience. If you're looking to buy a car definitely give Guaranty Chevrolet I'll try you'll find everybody there easy to talk to very knowledgeable and I'm sure you'll have a great experience as I did.

National Car Rental
I rent here often for business trips. Usually is a very efficient process to get off the plane, walk across the street and go down two levels on the elevator, walk out to the emerald aisle, and pick a car. Never have had a car issue related to mechanical, interior functions, etc. Only issue (not an issue but an observation) that I had recently was that there weren't any GM cars available last time due to all the recalls. There were GM trucks, SUVs and vans and then Japanese or Korean brands. Since I usually prefer a GM car, this was something different. I used a Toyota car but don't like them as much as an American make. No fault of National but due to GM recalls.

We've been coming to this location at SNA for a couple of years now. The Emerald isle idea is great, but the Executive isle (mere 12 annual rentals to qualify) is the 'real deal'! One gets the choice of great vehicles at substantial discounts. Just make reservation on-line, then go right to the Isle, select your vehicle and drive it to the check-out booth. That simple and straight-forward. Returning the vehicle is just as efficient. The ground crew at this location is also super. Over the many years renting, we've tried Avis, Hertz and others, but National is definitely the right brand for us.

Rented a SUV during Christmas/New Years week in southern California. Vehicle did not have any problems. Only suggestions are: National-please add the Blind Spot detection option to your rentals. Will make your vehicles safer for your customers AND possibly save you money in repairs!! The only other suggestion is to make sure the INSIDE front window is cleaned. My was filthy. National is always my choice because of the professional staff, Emerald Isle ease and the vehicles are always newer, lower miles and just nicer than the competition.

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my coverage with them before it actually started (within the three business day time frame to cancel and get a complete refund. It has been literally 3 months now that I have been waiting. Every time I call there I get a different story. If this is how they process refunds, God only knows how they would process a claim. Whatever you do, don't give these people any of your money. They are scam artists.

He not only listens to exactly what your situation may be he will try to work it as close to if not exactly what your looking for. I was very pleased to have been recommended to this awesome customer service treatment, no doubt GEORGE is a #1 Informative Salesman. So don't hesitate to stop by even if its just to look at a car!

The experience was great, and I loved the car I got for our family vacation. We did lose some time waiting for the correct child's seat to be brought to the car, otherwise we were able to get through the paperwork and to the car very quickly. I would caution you at this location, the pick up point within walking distance was very busy and doesn't have a marked pedestrian path past the key office, so keep little ones close.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I had the best experience renting a car from Enterprise. Everything was fast and super efficient from the point of reserving by phone, picking up the car was incredibly fast, and drop off. I was charged extra and when I was asked if the amount was correct, I said it was not and they corrected it right away. Excellent service! I will only rent from Enterprise.

Have rented from National at their SNA location a few times, but it has been a while. Due to the amount of time since my last rental, I got a little lost trying to locate them. But when I finally got to their location, I was very happy to see the very nice selection of available vehicles. Will definitely rent from them again.
