I wrote a previous review of LaMesa and our buying experience,and,after a 3month trip,we had a few repair issues. I figured the real test of this dealership was going to be their service. I was exceptionally happy with the service department,eapecially with Nathan,who addressed each of our concerns. The repairs were made quickly and completely. I cannot say enough for this dealership! We have had all -arou d the best experience,and highly recommend it.

I took my travel trailer in for an inspection after being in storage for an extended period. Some issues were found and I had the repairs made. One repair was the gas valve in the furnace. Whatever tech did the repairs tracked oily dirt all over the floor including the carpet. I think for $150. per hour. labor charges they could put paper down or cover the floor.

Finally an RV service department we can trust and recommend. We've been dealing with our faulty Dometic refrigerator for 18 months with other service departments that couldn't fix it. We decided to try LaMesa. They fixed it. No excuses, no doubletalk, no delays. They simply fixed it. Very impressed with their expertise and extra effort.

I just bought my first tt from Ryan what a stellar employee he is. I passed 3 or 4 other rv dealerships because Ryan was so awesome he went over n beyond the call of duty to help me. He made the buying process a pleasure. He would answer my calls n tex whether he was working or his day off. Awesome employee! !!!
