I have to say that no one here cares or even give a flying F! Came in and looked at a few trucks. At the time I thought I was getting the best deal. NOPE my bad I should have read the fine print and looked the contract over as I just got railroaded by Sales and Fiance! Wow to think I was naive thinking Utah Dealers would be more honest but I was sadly mistaken! I got the extended warranty thinking it was through Chrysler wow that was a shame no I have an extended warranty through some company I never hear of.After getting taken to the cleaners on my trade and NO DEAL ON THIS TRUCK. I had an alignment issue. Did they fix it the first time? Second or even third? NOPE! I even went to the Customer service Lady that should have taken care of my issues. All she did was offer 3 oil changes and some movie tickets. Seems that is all she was good for! Why even have this position then if all you can do is pass out oil changes and movie tickets? This to me is all BS don't use this to make me happy as I am NOT! I am out 4000.00 but again my bad.So for the 4th time I still do not have a good aliment. I will say the service department was nice enough to give me a car each time but really does it take this many times for an alignment? Is it that hard to do an alignment? Must be as they cant get it right. They might just give me an oil change to shut me up or even a movie ticket.Funny I asked them on the 3rd try to wash my truck. They told me its too tall to wash. Funny when you buy a truck from them they are fast to wash it but if your in service Oh well sorry we cant. This dealership. Larry H. Miller has shown me nothing but incompetence and true dishonesty in sales and service. WOW I am in Utah and see more dishonesty and lack of customer service then ever from Dealerships here!

Don't ever go here! The manager, Gunder, is very unprofessional. They have no concern for their customers' vehicles. They got oil all over our steering wheel and hood (damaging our PlastiDip wrap paint job) and will not own up to it nor work toward a resolution when we confronted them. Spoke to a Sandy police officer and he knows of this place and Gunder well and recommends we never go back. Still awaiting to hear back from owner on resolution. I've never had to leave a business review like this before. Beware where you take your vehicles.

Last week i made an appt on line (so easy, yay!) for a safety/emission check with Sandy location. They got me right in. While there, i was so impressed with the employees that I asked for an oil change also. Upon safety inspection, they discovered that my upper engine mount was completely broken. Gunder showed me the part, which I always ask for now, because as a female, I have been taking advantage of many times in the automotive industry. He gave me the best deal they had and was so kind. It was repaired very quickly. Of course my air filter was shot too, etc. These guys showed me everything and patiently answered/explained any questions I had. Gunder us very upfront and honest and helpful beyond call of duty. Other employees were quick, thorough, and friendly. Being new to SLC this summer, I am thrilled to have found an auto repair place I feel I can TRUST. Kudos!! And THX!

Never never never go to National Auto Plaza. The classic stigma of car salesmen being scammy, scummy, cheaters is not only exemplified in the people I encountered there, but that is only multiplied. National Auto Plaza hid information about my car as a young, first-time car buyer that I found out later. They overcharge, they lie, and since I have been to other dealerships I now realize their service is also well below par; in fact it is just plain terrible. A warning to all consumers, if you want honest, fair, and friendly salesmen, then any, literally any, car dealership would be a better choice than National Auto Plaza. For your sanity, financial security, and overall happiness, please please please do not step foot in this dealership. I would also encourage every other person who has had a terrible experience to not only review that here, but to also report that to the BBB, as it is pitiful to have such a dishonest company be a representative of our community.

I needed new front tires asap. I didn't have a large budget and they got me a fantastic price and quick service. I've had awful experiences with auto repair, being a woman and stereotypically ignorant of parts and services. This was my first experience in years that I didn't feel cheated or out-smarted. They are my go-to auto shop.

By far this is the best, most honest auto repair facility I have ever used, including dealerships. The mechanics are honest, knowledgable and fair, and never try to upsell expensive or unnecessary repairs. FANTASTIC place.

Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
