My dinner was cooked, sent back and came back undercooked. Manager became unvoled and made it right, dinner was delicious! Will come here again as they really care you have a good dinner service!

Hello to everyone out there wanting to visit Machu Picchu, I am first going to start off with "Food To Go", I would say food to go is your best bet, why I'm sure you must be asking, because no one wants to see the owner (Elena) yelling/screaming at her employees in front of them while their eating (and it doesn't happen once in a while, it happens every time.) "The Bread" When you're waiting for your food to arrive you're served bread with butter and aji (complimentary of course), the first serving you receive of bread is pretty fresh, but be careful in ordering more, because the second batch you'll find to be not as so, I'm assuming the waiters have been instructed to bring out the 'day old' bread at that point. "The Yelling and Humiliating" The yelling and humiliating towards her employees I must express is the worst part while dining there. You'll find her telling her waiters in spanish how "dumb" and "stupid" they are (yes, don't be surprised if you find her scorning them practically in front of your eyes.)"The Food" The plates i would most recommend are "pollo saltado or lomo saltado", "tallarin verde" and for appetizers, "papa a la huacaina" or "ceviche mixto".All in all I still 'even' order to go solely because of the food, if you order to go (I figured) you take the most unpleasant part out of the food experience, so that's what I've been doing for the last 4 months, and must say i enjoy the food better now.
