While the equipment worked great & the service folks in the field are excellant. The receptionist is very rude & yells at you on the phone. I tried to reschedule a salt delivery since we were going to be on vacation & this lady told me there would be a $25 charge for that when I asked to speak with the manager she told me she had on idea when he would show up for work & that I should go buy my own salt at walmart. The next thing I knew the mgr was calling to say that they would be picking up the softener because I had cussed at the lady which was not true.

I have never been treated so badly by a business. I have been with Culligan for over 15 years. I rented a chlorinating system from them as my water has a slight odor from the well. Well, for the past 15 years I would have to call them out about every 3-6 months as their system would quit working for a multitude of reasons. I dealt with it. It was aggravating but no biggie right? Well, I was affected by the recent floods in Wimberley and lost so much. Well, as luck would have it the system quit working a few days after that. I call them out and I think they have fixed it. I then get a bill in the mail for almost $300. Come to find out they claim the problem was with the well and not their system. They fix that without my permission. If that were the case I would have had my well guy come out to look at the problem. So, since I lost so much in the flood I could not afford to write a check for that amount at that time so I sent a note with my bill stating that with a partial payment. I didn't hear anything from them and I get another bill the next month showing the payment in my bill and they started charging interest. Didn't exactly make me happy after everything we had been through and lost but I let it go. I started paying it down and finally last week I get a call they were picking up my equipment for no payment? So of course I was flabbergasted. I went through the whole situation again with Kelly and she said she would talk to Kim and call me the next week. I never got a phone call so I figured everything was okay. Nope!!! I discovered today my equipment was gone and my water smelled. I called and Kelly told me it had been picked up for non payment. I only had about $75 left to pay them. Everyone that I have talked to and dealt with the flooding issues have been so kind and understanding. Not Culligan. Nothing but greed and disrespect. I will never use them again nor recommend them. I hope you do the same. Nothing but a headache. So disrespectful and unprofessional. 15 years with a company. Always paid my monthly bill. Disaster hits and I am financially crippled and this is how I am treated. Sorry you didn't receive your extra $75 fast enough.
