The guys were nice and helpful but they made it clear they were not well trained. This is for a 2007 BMW X3.

The mechanic did not properly put my oil filter back together (completely forgot to replace a piece that he removed). This caused my solonoid sensors for the Vanos system to clog within minutes of turning the car back on. $107 synthetic oil change is worthless and needs to be changed again on top of a charge of $752 for new solonoid sensors.

When they plugged their computer into my vehicle after the oil change it came up with an error code for "solonoid Vanos actuator". They said they had no idea what that meant and refused to open up the filter in order to check everything was in place.

There are 20 other oil change places in town, go elsewhere!

  • Scam Business Model

Went for car inspection. Told needed new tires. Went and purchased new tires and told have to get inspection again. How many times can they get in your pocket. I'm checking to see if can do this according to state law. Don't go here. Unethical.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. I brought my old truck in for an inspection. It's 15 years old and failed the inspection. When I got into the truck to leave, I noticed they had turned the radio on, which of course is not part of the inspection. My wife took her car in for an inspection and when she left, the A/C was cranked on high - not as she had left it. I expect the technician not to screw with the settings on the car, especially when they are not relevant.

My wife's car also failed the inspection for cracks in the tires. The tires are 3 year old Good Years with 18K miles on them. When I returned with my wife and asked for them to show me the problem we got a second a guy and he couldn?t find an issue and was grasping at straws to come up with a reason. The original guy was too busy.

  • Ignorance is Bliss
    Wise One Speaks

Took my van in today for a State Inspecton and had to relinquish my insurance card to the employee. Got the inspection and an oil change. Paid & got paperwork. Realized once I got home they had kept my Ins card. Called & spoke to one of their blissfully ignorant employees who could only offer ""I'm sorry,"" as a response to their negligence. This is my last business transaction with BRADZOIL 10 Minute Change in San Marcos.

  • My favorite in town

Very fast and first rate service!
