Conley Car Wash & Express Lube
Bad. Bad. Bad. They do not know how to do interiors (seems as though they DON'T do interiors even if you pay for it). Have given multiple opportunities (slow days and busy days), same results.

Took my truck there a couple times last year and they did fine. This year hasn't been so great (2015). The interior is absolutely horrible, in other words you can see where they only wiped it down half way. Didn't even touch the cup holders, front of dash (radio etc), the console, and passengers seat. Let management know abd they said let us make it up to you. Took it back again on a slow day (so I didn't have to wait the 4 hours) and it was even worse. Not to mention I knew have small scratches on the passenger side that I do not remember being there (as though they used a bad trash our something bad or their brushes).

Conley Car Wash & Express Lube
I went to Conley to get my VW GTI VR6 cleaned after it had been egged. They did a very poor job, could not even get all of the egg off of the car, I have to go hand wash it myself now. On top of that, they broke my drivers side mirror and said it was already broken and refused to fix it. they offered to glue or tape it back into place, or they could order a new part BUT I have to pay for it. And a mirror on an imported GTI VR6 is $300+ and then get it paint matched. Very displeased with the service and poor management I experienced at Conley car wash in San Marcos.
Tips & Advices
Many companies, both local and nationwide, specialize in automotive glass repair and replacements. Drivers should contact their insurance companies to find glass or auto repair shops in their network.
Windshield damage from anything other than a vehicle collision (including vandalism, storms, fires, and animals) is often covered by optional comprehensive coverage. Drivers should keep in mind that some plans only cover the side and back windows but not the front windshield. Without coverage, drivers must pay the entire cost of repairs or replacements.
Small windshield repairs can be finished in 30 minutes, while windshield replacements take about an hour.
The adhesives used in windshields need at least one hour to cure, so drivers must wait before getting back on the road.  Similarly, drivers should wait at least 24 hours after a windshield repair or replacement before washing their cars. The water and chemicals in the soap can weaken the adhesive. Because of the additional pressure involved, drivers should wait three days after repairs or replacements before going through an automated car wash.
Replacing a windshield costs between $150 and $300 on average.
