The building is renovated (new paint, landscaping) and the apartments are very large. I moved in about 18 months ago and my one bedroom place is approx. 800 square feet. Not bad for the price ($1650) and location in downtown. Lots of families with small children so there is some noise, but so far no major issues like loud parties. The common areas & laundry rooms are always clean and the hallways get regular touch up painting so they look nice. There's a lot of small improvements all the time. I just noticed the area by the pool has new landscaping and the mail room was repainted last week.Management live on site and are very helpful. Julie showed me the apartment when I first moved in and she's been super nice ever since. Probably the most helpful and professional apartment manager I've ever met. I took the time to write a review because she deserves the kudos!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place in infested with mice. They run around the complex and in the units. They do nothing about it. Place is run down. Looks maybe like they did a lot of covering up moving in. Cabinets are not put in properly. Lots of pest issues they know it and don't disclose this information when you sign lease. Trying to get them to make any repairs is almost impossible takes months and lots of threats and when they do it is never done correctly. Not kid friendly although there are children running around complex into the night. Too much money to live in rodents and bugs. Please do not move you or your family here you will be sorry and stuck loosing an on going battle. Also no on site management.

when i move there everything was fine the manager carmen was very nice then but once your in everything changes there after awhile there the true manager show her true colors how she really is so angry to little kids yelling at them and screaming. i never so a manager act like her carmen i also know that the rent there is going up so they are getting ridd off all of the old tennants that way they can get more money for the units by letting in new tennants. the way they are doing this by putting a 3 day notice on their doors and the tennant had the option to apeal or leave. you call the kae real state to complaint about it and they dont answer because they want tennants out. the major pain there is the manager who abuses of her power specially towards to the latino people there but not much to others there i guess because she is afraid of these tennants reaction . i seen them yelling at her and she dosent do anything at all but to walk away. but if you where a spanish speaking only.

Just a moment...
