They are AWSOME at this clinic. Dr. Kianian is the Greatest Chiropractor I've ever been to. I went to them by a Friend's referral which also was referred by somebody else, (Goes to show). She uses the most effective techniques to get you feeling great right away. My condition was pretty bad after a CAR ACCIDENT, as soon as I called them up the Well-experience Staff took care of everything for me. All the Paper work hassles and insurance calls, I did not have to do anything. She had me scheduled the next day which was nice, due to the killer pain I was going through. I was a little skeptical, since I had never been to a chiropractor before, but Dr. Kianian is such a pretty lady and so so gently, she makes you feel really comfortable right away. My problem was well taken care of with no need of medication and or surgery. MY BACK, NECK and SHOULDER PAIN are gone, including those UGLY HEADACHES and SINUS PROBLEMS, I was having too. She helped me Reach Corrective Phase of my treatment in a short amount of time, considering how Screwed up I was. Thanks to their Office I feel like a NEW Me!!

Dr. Jay treated my lower back pain for 2 weeks and now i am able to function well and start biking again. I have always had a weak back due to injury from landscaping work i did 5 years ago. With the back adjustment and physical therapy i received here, the pain is gone and Dr. Jay gave me some good simple exercises to do at home to help further. He was very gentle and took the time to learn about my medical history and discussed the treatment plan so i felt comfortable going in. If you are in back pain, u can count on Dr. Jay to make u feel better.

I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis. I had pain radiating down my right thigh and knee area. I had been suffering with this pain off and on for about a year, but in November 2010 my pain was excruciating. I had pain all the time. It was so severe that I could not sit without pain, stand, stand up straight, or walk for more than 100 steps without shooting pain. Nothing helped relieve the pain, not even aspirin. I was very irritable to everyone around me. My family was very concerned. I tried physical therapy with very minor improvements. Ibuprofen prescribed by my Doctor, helped a little. (I tried not to take the Ibuprofen, due to the side effects to my stomach and liver). I knew I did not want surgery, but I was feeling frustrated and depressed. I wasn?t sure just what to do. I was beginning to give up hope of ever going places or doing things I love to do. I was taking my dog for some laser therapy for his osteoarthritis and I figured if it worked for him, why not me. I saw the ad for the center and decided to give it a try. I?m glad I did and I thank my dog for the idea. Since my VAX-D and Laser treatment, I no longer have the pain that I used to. I am taking long walks with my dog. I am enjoying going to the zoo with my grandson, baseball games (Giants-of course), and many other events. We are planning a trip to San Diego to visit family and friends. I can sit and can walk without pain. Most of all I can smile and enjoy my life again. Dr. Jeff is great! He always checks on me and makes sure that everything is going well with me. He is funny and energetic, which gives me a chuckle and relaxes me if I?m nervous. He knows his work and explains things thoroughly so you can understand it. All the staff at Advanced Health Center really care and will do all they can to help you. This treatment is cheaper than surgery and worth it, since I can be pain free or even 99% pain free for the rest of my life. The cost is nothing! There is one side effect though ? a big Smile!

1) My wife's water broke at 12AM, so we had to go inside via the Emergency room. They ushered us in, good so far, but instead of atleast giving her a wheel-chair, made us walk all the way to the Labor Unit.\r \r 2) Once inside the Labor unit, despite the fact that we had pre-registered with the Hospital with all of our personal and insurance information, we were asked for all that information all over again, in a rather rude manner. (Letting us know who the boss was, obviously!)\r \r 3) The overall Labor and Delivery Unit experience was normal and average.\r \r 4) Then came the moment to transfer us over to the Mother and Baby Unit at which place the real 'service' was shown by the nurses. Once admitted, the nurses were really rude, sometimes not even responding when asked for pain medications on the help line. The 'help-line' front-desk attendant was rude to the point of hanging up without any response, when requested to call the nurse.\r \r 5) The lab technician that drew from my baby doesnt even bother that the baby is in intense pain, doesnt even offer some soothing words. Hey, you are drawing out of a one day old baby, not some inanimate thing!! Soothe and pacify the baby or get out of the unit and try drawing from animals!!\r \r 6) The paediatrician that comes the second day looks at the Vitamin K shot that is given to the baby the moment he is born and thinks that is Hep B shot and records the same, doesnt even inform us. Imagine our astonishment, when after a week, our paediatrician informs us that the Hep B shot is only given in front of us and followed up with a yellow-card that has all the info. Who exactly would have been responsible if the baby got infected somehow?\r \r The only good things are the Nursery which is excellent, the average-to-above-average Labor and the Delivery Unit.\r \r Overall, i would not go to this Hospital for my second baby. I have expressed my pain to our doctors and i am trying to lodge an official complaint to the Hospital also.

Referred for a physical examination by one of the physicians. Initially, walking into the facility, it was incredibly run down, smelled of mildew, and could be considered dirty at best. The only positive experience that is worth mentioning was the kindness & professionalism of the Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant, who is obviously over utilized and underpaid, but extremely kind. The worst aspect of the entire visit however was the interaction or lack thereof with the "Physicians" who are to provide medical evaluations to the patients being referred. My exam was incredibly minimal, nearly every question that I was asked was answered by the doctor before a response could be given, and with short sarcastic "1 liners." The doctor seemed to be as physically weak as I am, considering he could hardly walk from the exam table to the counter behind him, in order to get to my chart. Additionally, my medical record was a file folder that was obviously brand new and contained NONE of Medical History for him to refer to or reference. When asking about the list of medications that I currently take, he wasn't even knowledgeable in identifying some of them or the indications of their use. Last and notably the worst of the entire ordeal was at the end of the visit, in which time I was left alone to get my clothing back on, which leads me to another issue, after being told to disrobe entirely down to my underwear, they provided absolutely no gown or anything to cover up with, not even the cheap disposable gowns, just undress and remain in your underwear as the doctor opens the door exposing you for everyone and everyone walking in the hall to witness. Yet, I digress, the finale tops all.... as I proceeded to put my clothing back on, due to the wall being incredibly thin, I could over hear the entire conversation between the doctor that just examined me speaking clear as if they were next to me in the room, making cruel remarks and unprofessional commentary regarding me. The other physician hadn't even met me, consulted with me, talked with me in any previous manner, but continued in the completely unprofessional conduct that does not ever belong coming from a physicians mouth or mind pertaining to a patient, or as stated, "these people" that she made clear, she is sick and tired of. I have personally had a long career in working side by side with physicians of every aspect of medicine, have had professional and very personal close friendships with, and never, not in over 15 years, have I ever heard such cruel and unwarranted slander of a patient(s). NOT EVER. The oath that was taken by these "Doctors" apparently holds very little meaning to them, and it is physicians such as this that give cause and reason for so many good doctors to have to pay outrageous amounts of money to obtain Malpractice insurance policies and precisely why there are so many undiagnosed, misdiagnosed, mistreated, and misinformed patients who are unnecessarily suffering. Shame on them, truly should've chosen another profession. "Physician(s),HEAL THYSELF."
