I am one of her clients. I was struggle with my BK chapter 13 for the last 4 years. through at least 2 other lawyers. My case never gone through and I was dismiss 5 times. .But finally guest what just after 4 months only my loan modification was approved !!! that is a big surprise and blessing for me this coming holiday. I will save few hundred each month, and I ca establish my credit score back, i will not feel ashamed if some place ask how is my credit score. Luckily with the help of one of the retiree lawyer I found her on Nov 2015. She and her team was very professional, sharp and take my case in a very good manner. When I came to see her, after reviewing my case, she never promise anything, the only she said:" i will try to help you out, but I can't promise anything." First she take me out of the dismissal that save my 2 cars not too repossess then start to work on my loan modification which was a big requirement from the court that the case could go through. From day 1, all my papers from the court her office always got before me that I never got first. She responded very quick to all the demand from the court and my lender Wells Fargo. she explained clearly everything that no one tell me before. During the past 4 years I went through several places, lost a lot of money from here to there but no respond only denial , denial.... I will sleep better each night, more energy for my job and I will be more productive for my job. Teresa Hung did save me out of the cliff and gave my whole family a cozy shelter . For the last 4 years I lived in a constant worry of losing my cars, my house until I met her last Thanksgiving. Teresa Hung don't care about herself, sometimes I received her emails at 10 pm or early in the morning from Steve , an another awesome person that we never met in person and Teresa Hung delay her vacation trip to assist my lender requirement. Wells Fargo is not an easy lender but finally I was approved .Least but not last Ms Kim her secretary and receptionist with a soft voice did also a terrific job .Teresa Hung also teach me how to be patient , responsible in the life so everything will be achieve. And also I will never forger Mr Lawyer Tran Duc Hanh that introduce me to Teresa Hung .I highly recommend any body that struggle with the loan modification come and get her advice.
Due to the economic turndown in 2008 and my unscrupulous employer, I lost my employment and found myself in a situation where I had to file bankruptcy. A professional friend referred me to the Law Office of Mr. David Boone. My initial consultation with Mr. Boone was a tremendous relief on various levels. David immediately put me at ease with his friendliness and compassion in regards to my situation. I was impressed with his professionalism and the detailed instructions he provided as to the necessary steps in the bankruptcy process. His communication skills were excellent in that he didn't use the "Lawyer" language which can leave one walking away from such matters bewildered and confused.I found Mr. Boone's staff to be completely professional, friendly and helpful in assuring that I accurately completed all of the necessary requirements in each step of the process. As anyone would, I dreaded the court hearing but his staff had all of the necessary documents organized and ready and the hearing only took a few minutes. To my relief I was only asked one question thanks to Mr. Boone's staff being prepared for the hearing. In addition I was to extend a special thanks to Attorney Leela V. Menon and the extra effort and help she provided in handling the final stages of my bankruptcy. Thanks to all of the staff at the Law Offices of Mr. David Boone and I highly recommend anyone needing bankruptcy help to contact his office.
Just weeks after moving into my new home, my landlord attempted to change the terms of my lease agreement. After voicing my displeasure with the terms that my landlord demanded I accept, my landlord began acting in ways that made living there very uncomfortable. To make things even MORE awkward, my landlord was also my roommate.I didn't know my rights or my landlord's responsibilities under the law, which also meant that I did not know how best to protect myself under the law. I asked a friend what I should do, and he recommended I contact PBR Legal. The next day, I called PBR legal, and was able to immediately speak with Mr. Phil Rose, the attorney over there. I told Mr. Rose the facts of my case. He was very professional and genial. He advised me about my rights and my landlord's duties and devised a successful strategy and course of action. Because I hired PBR Legal, I was able to feel at ease, knowing that the case was being handled by someone who knew the right course of action. Not only that, I was also able to get out of a bad situation, fast. I recovered my entire deposit and was able to move on to a much better living situation. I would highly recommend hiring PBR Legal law firm if you are a tenant having issues with your landlord!
"Martha J. Olson, Attorney, handled my Case Management Conference in Family Court where my wife and I were working out the necessaries needed to complete the divorce process without trial. The situation was especially difficult for Ms. Olson as my wife had a restraining order and thus we could not communicate directly. I was nervous as this was the first time in my long life experiences, with over half a dozen attorneys, where my attorney was not male. What a discovery. Ms. Olson is by far the best attorney I ever had. She was meticulous in detail and directed to making the process of mediation as thorough and complete as possible, advising clear and sensible, as well as practical and viable solutions for seemingly difficult issues. Her grasp and application of contemporary law and of the necessaries and protocol required in Family Court demonstrated her outstanding expertise and professionalism. I wish I could give her more than five stars. Ms. Olson is certainly far and above at the top of her profession."
David Chun was very thorough in his research, as my attorney. He used his resourcefulness and put in the work to find the information required. He was persistent in this area that helped my case tremendously. His attention to detail was impeccable, he didn't miss a beat. He is quick on his feet and ready for action. I also appreciated his diplomatic and sharp approach when the time called for it. I felt safe and had all the confidence in him . Another important factor in hiring a good attorney, is finding someone that isn't in it JUST for the money. I did not get this feeling from David at all! He genuinely showed concern and care . I strongly recommend David Chun who needs quality representation. After my case was over, David was there to inform me of loose-end items. I like that he still keeps in contact after the case. It shows true character and that he is not in this solely for the money. I am thankful I had David Chun represent me, and I would hire him again! Thank you, David!
I came to the realization that just having an attorney is not enough, but having the right attorney is everything. Finding myself at 54 and being faced with the most devastating journey of my life, i.e., the demise of my 35 year marriage. I did not know where to turn for professional help. The first attorney I chose was definitely not the right one for me as he wasted a lot of my money and accomplished very little. Out of frustration, I asked an attorney/friend of mine who did not practice family law for a recommendation. He stated, and I quote, " If you have a difficult case and you want to make sure you receive everything you are entitled to, Martha Olson is the only family law attorney I would consider." She is not a big time firm big money attorney; she is very informative and actually listens, no over talking or domineering type lawyer like others I have had consultations with. I am happy I went to her.
California Laws are a little complicated and only a professional and experienced lawyer can deal with them properly. Huey and Gamble are just the kind of lawyers who know everything and can deal with any kind of divorce case. I had hired them for a divorce but they took care of all related aspects without troubling me. They told me everything I had to keep in mind for the future and gave me an insight into all the pros and cons of the process.I have been lucky to have them by my side through the divorce. They counseled me well and my emotional condition was much better than other couples in the same position. Being females, they fought for a man in the best way and got me justice in every section of the case. I got good visitation hours and days with my children.I am very happy with the outcome of the procedure.I completely approve of them and value their services.
I called Lino when I needed to draft a purchase agreement for a business. It was nice having such a competent attorney representing me. He reviewed all the franchise information to make sure I was not going to get stuck signing something that was unusual or not in line with what was expected from a buyer. The second time I used Lino was to collect on a business debt. It seems his name was well known as being the best at this service. I came away very pleased at the result of a new agreement with everything set if the other side defaults. It I nice knowing that I have the right person to handle my business affairs. I would recommend Lino for any business sales, lease negotiations, partner disputes, or any other business issue.
Mr. Shanfield is very knowledgeable and strong in his field! We have seen quit a few immigration attorneys, and none of them had as much knowledge of post Soviet Union countries and Europe as Mr Shanfield does. His confidence gave us a peace of mind, when we came after another attorney, who failed our immigration case. We should have contacted him in the first place. He is not into money as some say. He even arranged us monthly payments, as we were in financial hardship. For the excellent job he did, I think we did pay adequate amount. Our gratitude to you and your hardworking team!
I was referred to Spencer by my sister who had used him when she was injured in a collision. I knew right away I was going to like his office when he personallyspoke to me for about 15 minutes and advised me on my options and rights. After I hired him, he always returned my phone calls and he helped me find gooddoctors who really wanted to get me better. After I was released he settled my case for much morethan I ever expected. He really knows what he is doingand he made the insurance company pay what the casewas worth. He did a great job!
- You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
- The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
- You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
