YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

This is a bar I could get used to hanging out at 4-5 nights a week. Its that good! Wednesdays are karaoke night - and one of the LEAST pretentious venues I've ever been to. The crowd is friendly, drama-free neighborhood regulars 25-35 yrs old. Great drinks - Tina the bartender is the best & verrrry easy on the eyes! Yum!

The stuff there is really very nice and friendly and helps you immediately. In the afternoon (evening) its a very nice sports bar and in the evening it turns into a club with dancing area. Thats what i really like about it, because first you can watch your favourite game and then you can celebrate their success :D or just shake up.

Wow I have not been to azucar in awhile but I went out last friday night and I must say the lounge in the back is really done well, they have installed a laser light show that rivals some of the ones I have seen in vegas. As usual the drinks are nice and have a nice kick. the people are full of engery and looking to have a great time dancing and having fun. I will have to come back real soon to see what new changes they have installed again they keep every new and fresh.

I love this bar! Lots of eye candy, great drinks, and music. No matter where the party begins, it always ends up at THE TEMPLE!! Service is quick, drinks are loaded, and the bartenders actually DO remember your name if you introduce yourself (I suggest it !). A great place to hang out when in town.
17.Johnny V'S BAR
31 E Santa Clara St
If you have'nt been to Johnny V's you are missing a great place with great people. You can get live music any way you want it Rock, Reggae, Hip Hop, and much , much more, and let's not forget the DJ's In this place are awesome, and even during the time of remodeling you are with friendly faces and we are sitting through the dust. I want to tell you personally you must go and check this place and remember to have a good time. And last but not least The BARTENDERS are lovely and very kind and they pour a damn good drink.
18.San Pedro Square Bistro and Wine Bar
20 N Almaden Ave
I come here every year for my birthday! Their sizzling cornish hen is an absolute delicacy (mm that savory honey garlic butter sauce!). I love how they always switch up their sorbets, too - which are, by the way, scrumptious. I'm not a big fan of sweet things so having these fruity sorbets as well is refreshing!
4340 Moorpark Ave
Had fun here with a group of people and strangers very very great service Would be nicer if they get a new pool table but other than that it is an awesome place
20.Hedley Club Lounge
233 W Santa Clara St
The Russo Alberts Trio on Thursday Night. What a Trio! Those guys are really fantastic. I just moved up here from Los Angeles and am accustomed to hearing first-rate jazz on a regular basis at Catalina, Charlie O's, The Jazz Bakery and Vibrato, and I was completely floored by the Russo Alberts Trio. I've heard them maybe five times now, and those guys sound superb. I will be coming out to hear them as long as The Hedley Club keeps them there. Great band. Wine was very good and reasonably priced, service has been solid as well. The wine list is excellent for the money, with a wide variety of wines at various price points. The mixed drinks are fantastic. The Hotel is lovely and relaxing, and the room itself is remarkable; sitting by the fire in a plush sofa with a buzz on listening to a sublime band, what could be better? This is the best venue in San Jose to hear music for and by adults, and the Hotel de Anza and the Hedley should be proud of their good taste.

I originally heard about ComedySportz when I was looking up things to do in SJ. Since it had good ratings in Yelp, I gave it a try. And I was not disappointed. The improv comedy is quite surprising and humorous throughout. All of the comedians are very talented and will keep you laughing.
