My fridge was leaking. Appliance Repair in San Francisco came out same day, diagnosed the issue, told me exactly what to expect and showed up when he said he would. He was polite and knowledgeable.

San Francisco Air Control
Turned out, there was not anything wrong with the oven, therefore not a complex service telephone. However, we appreciated Byrd Time, justification and general demeanor and could highly recommend San Francisco Air Control company.

All great reviews here, and I agree with them. Buck was simple to use, came exactly when he said he would, and has reasonable rates. He also fixed my dryer in about thirty minutes, and even took the opportunity to explain to me what he was doing and why. Would definitely recommend!

San Francisco Air Control
Not only did he fix the Maytag, but he also gave us hints on keeping it healthy. In addition, he cautioned us of a component which may not work flawlessly (the water feed into the automatic ice maker), told me to keep your eye on it, and call him when it went awry. This has been the only area where he had been incorrect: San Francisco Air Control DID too do the job flawlessly.

All Brand Appliance Repair
Emil was way cool and honest. Most refrigerator repairs are way too costly because of unscrupulous shady folks in that field.Emil is not one of them. I highly recommend ABAR. Fixed a subzero at very fair price.

Absolute Appliance Repair
I heard about this shop from a friend. I am happy I found it too. I don’t have to buy a new one. Of course, it’s too expensive to buy brand new appliances.
Tips & Advices
Water leakage is usually caused by a blockage of the defrost drain by food or debris. The ensuing overflow can leak inside the refrigerator or outside. This problem is often an easy DIY fix--just clean the debris away. If you cannot locate it, it could be a clog of the system and might require a technician.
The most common cause of a refrigerator running is a faulty seal, usually on the door, allowing a constant flow of warm, humid air into the unit. To combat the warm air, the refrigerator’s cooling system kicks in and might stay on. This can cause strain on the cooling unit, not to mention higher utility bills.
The most common reason an ice maker stops making ice is a faulty water supply line. The most likely culprits are the supply line being frozen, broken, disconnected, or the filter being clogged, which prevents water from passing through.
The most common refrigerator maintenance issue is the most obvious: The refrigerator isn’t cold enough. Next is a faulty ice maker, the refrigerator not functioning at all, the unit is making strange noises, and the dispenser units are not dispensing water and/or ice.
Frost buildup in the freezer is a result of warm, humid air entering the freezer and then freezing. It could be as simple as frequent opening and closing of the door, or a faulty door seal allowing air to flow in. If those are not the issues, the automatic defrost system might be malfunctioning and require servicing.
