Caltech Advantage
Not only did Tony and Steve fix my work computer by installing a new hard drive, they got it running better and faster than ever with an incredibly fast turn around time. No lost data, which was HUGE for me! Next, I brought in my home PC that had power issues and malware. They cleaned it up and I no longer need to push the "on" button 40 times to get it started. VERY reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I've used several SEO agencies. This is the only agency that I will recommend and will continue to use for my website. They actually deliver great results. There are no mysteries or trial and error tactics, as you continue to cut a check every month, and hope they figure it out. SandiWeb provided solid results! They are knowledgeable and professional and delivered excellent services. I'm a raving fan. Thanks so much!

This company is basically an honest team to figure with. I employed them for website customization service for around 3 an 1/2 months and despite of our robust specifications and tight deadlines, they were able to offer us the expected quantity of quality among our budget.

Sandiweb webdesign did my site and I love it, but more than that, I am learning search engine optimization; how to get found by my target client base. And I can make changes to my web site myself!

Abbotts Fire & Flood
Jack, is an honest, straight shooter, knowledgeable, He knows his industry, he’s beyond passionate and he doesn't mind sharing what he knows, based on his experience and industry standards. We had three quotes, we chose Abbott’s, they quoted us a fair price on a large fire at our home, they itemized everything in the estimate. They walked us through our site with our claims person and explained each cost, This gave us a complete understanding of each line item. Before they started and after we chose them, our insurance company said they sometimes recommend them, which was reassuring. The job is done and we are back in our home. Thanks, Team Abbotts

These guys are fantastic. Their team helped us secure page one rankings (local and organic) with multiple keywords. SEO companies in San diego can be hard to find because they are from India, they dont answer the phone and / or do not get results. These guys went above an beyond for our contracting company.
Tips & Advices
Signs of hidden water damage include:
  • Standing or pooling water
  • Foul odor
  • Texture changes
  • Discoloration
  • Clearwater is clean water with no solids. It includes water generated by air conditioning units and water that goes down the drain while the faucet heats.
  • Greywater refers to all other form of waste water except for toilet water. It possibly contains hair, soap particles, cooking byproducts and flakes of skin. Areas that have been damaged by grey water are at a mild risk of contamination.
  • Blackwater is water that has come into contact with urine or fecal matter. Toilet water is considered blackwater. Blackwater can contain pathogens and is usually considered a biohazard.
Water damage restoration is a process where water-damaged areas are dried, sanitized, and rebuilt.
Home insurance sometimes covers water damage from storm-related accidents. However, most plans do not cover damage resulting from lack of maintenance or floods. For the latter, homeowners should purchase flood insurance.
Regular maintenance will reduce the risk of water damage.
  • Clean and maintain gutters so rainwater flows properly. Direct downspouts away from the house.
  • Repair any roof damage.
  • Use drain snakes to clean clogs. Chemical cleaners erode pipes.
  • Do not place outdoor plants with invasive roots near pipes, septic tanks, sprinkler systems, or drainage fields.
  • Make note of the water bill. A sudden, random spike in charges could indicate a leak.
