Ideal Plumbing Heating Air & Electrical Inc
THANK YOU to Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical and specifically Howard, the technician who came out.I had a leak in my attic that was dripping through the ceiling. I called this morning at 8am and was given an appointment the same day. I got a call a while later that there was a cancellation and someone could come even earlier than originally scheduled, which was great.Howard showed up and was awesome! He was able to locate the leak in the attic and fix it in no time. He then replaced our pressure regulator in the garage because it was bad and had been for a while (likely contributing to the leak). It wasn't the easiest job because of how the regulator was installed into the wall. But, he made it look easy and didn’t mind me hovering and asking questions. He was done with everything in just over an hour. The price for everything was more than fair. I am so happy to have this leak behind us so quickly and feel great about that work that was done.I would definitely recommend Ideal for anyone in need of their services.

Airmakers Heating and Air Conditioning
Airmakers replaced my condenser unit after it had been sputtering off and on for the last three months. The new Bryant system the crew installed works great so far, but I’ll have to give it more time to give an accurate review of the system and parts. The crew, however, was excellent. Very professional. They arrived early, checked with me to make sure we were ready for the install and spent the better part of the day setting it up in the backyard, testing and so forth. There was a bit of a mess back there, but they cleaned up nicely and all is as it should be. Very happy with Airmakers Heating and Air Conditioning.

Doiron Has been amazing. He's responsive and fast to get us out. We have utilized him three times today and every time he's been educated, responsible, and efficient. He is honest and doesn't try to only make a fast buck. Though we had a very old unit, he had been honest and told me that it still works ok instead of pushing us to buy a new unit through him. It is very refreshing to have somebody you can trust and understand that you don't need to worry about being tricked or ripped off. You can tell he actually tries hatrd and knows his stuff!

Carmel Valley HVAC Service
Conrad came out this day and, having recognized my AC's condition as something frequently happening with my type of apparatus and nothing else that needed fixing, '' he told me the service call was free of charge. It really speaks to a person's honesty if you're all prepared to cover them and they tell you to maintain your money because nothing is wrong in the first place. Suffice it to say that I'll be turning into Conrad and Carmel Valley HVAC Service The second time I have an actual air-conditioning issue! :D

A S I Heating Air & Solar
ASI is a wonderful company! They have been servicing my furnace and air conditioner for a number of years. So when it came time for me to replace my heater, air conditioner and duct work in the attic, it was a know brainier. I called ASI and set up an appointment to have them do the work. Chris and Jack came out and elevated what I needed to have done in the home and what it would cost. Robert and Jesus were great. I was lucky to have them do the work.. They know what they are doing. Thank you, Jeff Steinberg

T H A Heating & Air Conditioning Repair
Air conditioner broke Monday late afternoon, I called THA office and even though it was after hours, someone answered and took a message. Heard from them Tuesday morning and they came out that afternoon and within 45 minutes everything was fixed and working. This was during a heat wave and another company I called said they could come out in 2 weeks! I will definitely recommend THA and will call them in the Fall for tuneup of my heater. Great company!

My AC compressor failed on one of the hottest days of the year. I called three major providers and was told there was a 3-4 day wait for an appointment. I called ASA and they had a guy out here in 90 minutes, and the repair took 15 minutes (bad capacitor). Further, ASA’s prices seem lower than my usual provider. They now have my strongest and sincerest endorsement. Dr. Don Muehlbach, CAPT USN (ret), Carmel Valley area of San Diego

was amazing. He got here fast, and was really professional and friendly. He explained what he had been doing, what could have caused it, and gave us a Fair price.Knowing we're undergoing a disgusting humid/heat wave that weekend, Fuller Made the excess effort to push to our house to find the business finished. I genuinely urge him. He's a tidy, friendly and skilled person. It is quite tough to find that mix in this business.
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
