I am sorry to hear of your bad experience. Usually we do have a cancellation policy to allow others who are trying to get an appointment access to the clinic. Many people that are in pain are waiting to see someone and always ask to give them a call as soon as we get a cancellation. Our policy is very soft and if someone has a legitimate reason we are always happy to reschedule. Unfortunately sometimes people do not think of others who are waiting for an appointment. Most offices have an assistant helping the physicians but always if a patient has a request to see the physician, we always take into consideration what the patient needs. Again we are sorry for the experience but our office manager who has been with our clinic for over 13 years would address this directly and promptly if she would have been notified.
