Worst agency I have dealt with with many reasons starting with one of Lisa's employees that always gave an attitude when I called. She refused to do anything about the employee even after I told her numerous times about her. They dropped my renter's insurance policy after I used it once. They also dropped my jet ski policy because of the renter's insurance claim (makes no sense). The final straw was when I was quoted $15 for insurance on a golf cart and the premium actually came back as $80+. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. The only reason I stayed around was because of the pain it is to switch but when i did, i got much better rates and better service.

Phil was great for the past 10 years, and probably 20 years before that, but now he has completely dropped the ball, never replies to voicemails, makes commitments by email and then does not follow through, and to be honest is the worst licensed professional I've ever worked with. Keep in mind I'm just trying to renew policies etc..etc.. there have been 0 claims and this has nothing to do with price haggling etc etc, just total incompetence.

Getting an insurance quote has always been confusing. I think that auto insurance in general is confusing. I called the San Diego, Lisa Keith office and the staff was very helpful in explaining what State Farm has to offer vs other companies out there. They explained all the coverages since no one had ever done that for me. They made my experence the best is has ever been in regards to insurance. When I went into the office to pick up the ID cards they gave me a bunch of free stuff. I love free stuff. Thank you so very much. All of you are so wonderful.

They don't deserve one star at all. They lie about your claim status and give you the runaround. They don't do follow ups to cases as they are legally entitled to do so. Told me CHP was investigating case...after 4 one answers or returns calls. Called CHP (LA) to conduct my own investivation, and CHP has never spoken to them. This company is does not act in good faith. #SCAM

I cannot imagine anyone in that company being even remotely rude. I am so absolutely overly impressed and amazed at the service this company gave me. From day one every single person that i spoke to was professional, friendly, patient and seriously went out of the way to take care of any concerns that i had. Insurance is not a joke and could be pretty daunting at times but Mike and his team make a very big point to address their clientele with kindness and patience. There was no pushiness whatsoever in making any decisions at any stage of the game. Only follow ups and excellent service. There is a very special team spirit that the staff possess. Mike gave me so many quotes, with so many options and was so patient. If the service was half as good i would still have given this company five stars. So happy with the product i bought and am looking forward to many fruitful years ahead!

Send your insurer a claim form for each beneficiary in the plan, as well as a certified copy of the policyholder's death certificate.
