I did not start to have issues until the merchandise was delivered. First off I noticed that the furniture was not the standard size most furniture is however; no biggie since I am single and just my stuff would be going into it. The drawers are about half the size of a standard bedroom set but, then again that is most likely how they keep their prices down and note when purchasing they do not mention this.Anywho, prior to purchasing my new California King bedroom set I advised Chris that I needed it prior to Monday 3/17 as I am having surgery and would like to have a bed to recover in. I informed Chris that if he could not guarantee me my delivery before 3/17 then I would not purchase. Sure enough Chris ensured me that I would get my furniture before 3/17 and note this was 3/2. Come 3/7 I receive a call from Chris stating that my furniture was available for delivery! WoooHoo who knew it would be that soon as Chris stated it would be available on 3/12. Four days earlier! Well they deliver the new bedroom set and when I had my mattress delivered on 3/8 would you know it Sleep on This San Diego brought me the incorrect bed. Do they not check these things prior to putting them out for delivery? No they sure don’t! So, I called Chris 3/8 to let him know that the bed he delivered was not the one I ordered and that my mattress does not fit. Chris apologized and informed me that he would get me the correct bed by 3/12 and that he paid extra out of his own pocket to ensure it get delivered on 3/12. Well I would think that he should do whatever it takes to get me my bed being that this was not my error!So, here comes Wednesday 3/12 and no call or anything from Chris. So, I sent Chris a text message asking him if I could expect delivery on 3/12. After Chris having to call me back because, he forgot all about it he calls me back and states that they (Sleep On This San Diego) did not fulfill their order of $1000 and so the warehouse has put his orders on backorder for another week. ANOTHER WEEK!! I informed Chris that was unacceptable and that I wanted him to pick up this merchandise and give me a full refund so, that I can order a new bedroom set with Jerome’s and I know it would be here the next day. Chris stated no, he would not provide me with a refund. I informed Chris that I informed him from day one that I was having surgery on 3/17 another week would put me after my surgery and I have already been sleeping on my sofa since they delivered the wrong set. Chris stated he would bring me a metal frame and that they will bring the correct set when it arrives next week. So, this means that while I am in recovery I would have to get out of my bed, go down stairs to let him in. Wait for him to take the metal frame apart and then assemble the correct bed. I AM HAVING SURGERY on my head and he thinks this is OK! So, now I am having to dispute this matter through my bank and if necessary take legal action since they defaulted on their contract. SMH just take your items and give me my money back! Life should not be this hard especially since this is their mistake! They just gave me what they had and thought I would not notice! Now I am stuck with this BS!!!!! Now they have removed just the bed and they said that the box spring caused a scratch to the bed the delivered that was not what I ordered so, they now want me to pay for a scratch. Also, when Chris brought the bed I was having my room painted and now there is a speckle of paint and that too is my issue! Had they of delivered the correct bed this would not be an issue and how am I to know that they delivered the incorrect bed without putting the box spring on the bed? So, now this mess is my fault? It is amazing how in the beginning Chris was a nice guy. Today when picking up the bed he was very irate and trying to blame all this on me. Go figure! I guess money brings out the worst in people.BUYER BEWARE as this is totally BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!
