Golden House
I have been here twice before for shrimp lo mein. It was good. But today I just had the worst shrimp fried rice I have ever had in my lifetime. It had lots of shredded, cooked, wilted lettuce in it...I suppose they ran out of cabbage; the rice was dry and hard even with additional spy sauce; the peas were dry and hard. It was absolutely the worst shrimp fried rice I've ever had. A waste of close to $10. I ate only the shrimp after a couple of bites, only because I was very hungry, and if I was not so tired I would go back and give them an earful! I will never get shrimp fried rice from Golden House again!

Pacific Coast Chinese Food
This little Chinese restaurant is in my neighborhood. Not much on interior but the food coming out of the kitchen is unbelievable. I love hot and sour soup and every Chinese restaurant has their own take on it. Usually med to heavy, this one is light and full of fresh vegetables. Thin squares of tofu and enough for 2 meals. What ever entree I decide on I always ask for light sauce as I want to taste the vegetables and such. This is a must go for take out like you've never had.

Savory Buffet
I come here usually with the food fresh and delicious. I have a friend to whom I recommend this place complain about how the food looked sort of dry when he went. When that happens to you, I know that happens when it is slow, get their fresh made noodle soups and steak!!!!! This is the first buffet place I know that has a noodle soup station. Better than mongolian BBQ in my opinion.

The Patio On Goldfinch
The atmosphere makes you feel like you are outdoors while you are actually covered and indoors, the plants on the back wall are amazing! The food was so yummy, we shared with 6 girlfriends and did family style, got to taste the kale salad, artichoke, flatbreads, flank steak, shrimp and grits, and the banana pb dessert was all phenomenal! Loved every bite! Great evening!

Savory Buffet
This is a decent place to throw a party for friends and family members! Unlike many crappy buffet restaurants, this one will live up to expectations if you make quality of food a priority. It's a little pricey, but it's totally worth it once you find out what's good there. Sushi, traditional beef and seafood noodle soup, steak, crab legs, oyster, salmon, etc.

Red Pearl Kitchen
Perfect place to go with a group downtown. Whenever people ask me for a cool, hip, fun restaurant I recommend Red Pearl Kitchen. The Asian-fusion food is delicious, the service is usually very good, and the drinks and ambiance are awesome. You can't go wrong here, whether it's with a group or on a date night.

Mandarin Wok Restaurant
The food at Mandarin Wok is amazing. I have always been a big fan of Chinese food it certain places either do or don't do it for me. This place does. The king pao chicken is so good it'll make you sell your first born. Lol. Not literally. But it's darn good. Service is good too. Ambiance is nice also.

Savory Buffet
This place is very clean and the service great. It deserves more than 5 stars. There is a large selection of sushi and seafood. 10 bucks for lunch and 15 for dinner; it's a good deal. Oh they also have noodle soups, never seen those at any other buffet places in town.

Wei Wei Asian Express
We ordered delivery from Wei Wei last week. DELICIOUS! The wings were kinda fried chicken like and I loved them. The Orange Chicken was great and the Kung Pao was really good too.The people on the phone spoke perfect English and delivery was quick.

Kansas City Barbeque
Wife and I are from New Jersey, flew to San Diego for a weekend getaway. After watching my Jets get destroyed by the Chargers, we were ready to eat. We had heard about Phils. Loved it so much, got an extra order to bring back for my college son.

Just a moment...
