This is the kind of place a girl can go and have a good time without every Tom & Harry hitting on her. The service is outstanding and that is what I am looking for. The food is very good and Very Large servings. The bar prices are very well priced. This is my place to go for a reason.

If like fresh food & by that I mean purchased that morning this is the place to come. Yes, it's just a local coffee shop but what they offer is no less than what you'd get at a nice restaurant but without the high price tag. The always have lots of specials and of course their regular menu. Every Friday is to die for prime rib dinner that includes vegetables & a large baked potato - if you went to the House of Prime in SF you'd pay double for the same size rib. One thing to be aware of - IT"S CASH ONLY!!! This way the owner has kept her prices down. We live a distance way from Big Joes but it's worth the drive. They're open Tues - Sat - BL & D Sun- BL. Closed on Mon. Comfort food at it's best.

I took my mother hear recently for her birthday, it was just her and I. Nice hangout type of place with good food, even breakfast items. Felt like the bartender had a ""I'm better than you"" stuck up kind of attitude. She was a young girl probly in her early 20's just like me, and I just felt like that may have been the reason she acted as if my buisness was of no concern to her. She rolled her eyes costantly as if I was bothering her. I was very disapointed with the service. She's the girl with the colorful tattoos up and down her arms. Can't miss her.

Decent food. They have good appetizers. Don't order house mix drinks. Tried different ones but they are overpriced n I probably can mix better drinks at home.

.It is as good as it is in San Diego. And though I don't know if this is at all locations but this one sells by the slice, yippeeee for that hunger pang at lunchtime. HUGE slice of pizza, not super expensive, and they were quite generous with the toppings. One of my favorite pizza chains!\r

THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM! without a doubt my favorite spot to have amazing sushi and chill. atmosphere is great and the chefs are masters. the fish is always excellent. the rolls are completely amazing! the ""volcano"", the ""49""... these are the best rolls i have ever had. i am writing this review because I see some bad reviews, and I think these people must be crazy! The portions are huge. the prices are great compared to any excellent sushi restaurant. I work at one of the most popular sushi restaurants in San Francisco, and I go to this place every week. if you haven't been, you're missing out!

The outside of the restaurant is plain, so much so that you might have driven past many times without noticing the place (I plead guilty). Inside, it?s modern with plenty of room between tables. It has nice little touches like cloth napkins.\r \r \r The food is very tasty because the ingredients are fresh and ripe. Check out the specials board. Dishes normally come without (hot) red pepper, but they will gladly add a little or a lot if you ask. Portions are such that the old one-dish-per-person formula plus an appetizer or salad plus rice will fill you up quite nicely. And this is the rare Asian restaurant with more than one type of dessert! \r \r \r As the others said, service is quick and friendly. With a crowd present, we got our food remarkably fast.\r \r \r Parking is where you can find it.

Large & some different and interesting sushi selections. Menu has a great selection of all Japanese food - soups, BBQ skewers, combo meals and of course sushi. Price are really reasonable. Went on a Friday around 7pm and it was very busy, so go early.

Sunny Sushi might appear to be your standard sushi place, but the food and sushi here are suprisingly flavorful and fresh. Service is quick but not pushy, and they're sure to set you up with drinks and green tea as soon as you're seated. Plus, the restaurant is always clean and never smells like fish or chlorine, which shows that those ingredients are fresh, fresh, fresh (fish reeks as it gets older). As far as the food goes, the lunch specials and bento boxes are the most price efficient, but even in the evening nothing goes beyond $15. Sushi is tasty, portions are well-sized, and extra miso soup or edamame are inexpensive ad-ons. I reccommend salmon sashimi, spicy tuna or unagi and the caterpillar roll. The salmon teriyaki is a great choice for lunch. I've never had a bad experience here!

I would hightly recommend this restaurant if you want pretty closet to authentic japanese cuisine. Not a place for a romantic dinner for two but if you want to go somplace for a good dinner and great value I would go here, definetly. The sushi is affordable. There a nice touches such as pea sprouts added to the sushi for better presentation.

Great selection, everyone's favorites should be here plus new things to try. Everything (everything) was particularly fresh, not overcooked, without the heavy spicing typical of a lot of 'factory-made' siu mai, for example. A huge place that had a pretty good crowd, yet the service was very good, downright remarkable for dim sum. Tip: in any dim sum place, if something is offered, TAKE IT NOW. You may never see that cart or dish again. If desserts come early, grab it when it is offered. You will be a happier person for it. It's very easy to run up a big bill here, but you can always get a plate of kai lan or fish for the table and add a few dishes to it. Of course, then it makes it hard to choose just what dishes to add.

When my friend first brought me to Original Buffalo Wings I was slightly hesitant because it didn't seem like the cleanest place and the menu wasn't particularly inspiring. However, once I tried their wings and chips I was sold! I love love love their buffalo wing sauce because its tangy and not overly sweet or thick, and a little extra celery and blue cheese cools down the mouth in no time. The chips are so fresh and scrumptious, and to make matters better this place is cheap. A+!

Nothing like a warm smile from Co-Owner Crissy and a hot (spicy) bowl of hot+sour to make a lunch great. I work in proximity, and this is a great spot for lunch as the food is greatly affordable (every lunch under 5.00$), and it's delicious. The lunch includes hot tea, hot and sour soup, an entree of choice and all you can eat white rice. The princess prawns are awesome (think delicious spicy shrimp fritters), and everything else is standard chinese fair. Overall, great affordable lunch option.

it's just solid sushi. yeah it's not traditional, and some of the rolls start blending together, but the sushi is great. we go there once a week minimum because it's a great price, huge quality tasty rolls. the perks: the sashimi slices are nice and big, and fresh...the salmon is the best I've ever had (yeah i know, it's just salmon, how good can it be? try it!). the rolls are super tasty, and the stuffed jalepenos are insane. the downfall: yes some of the house rolls tend to blend together in flavor because they throw every ingredient under the tree in them...for example tempura, crab (it's fake, but this isn't a high end sushi joint) is in everything...and the tempura batter doesn't seem like the same batter when you get tempura because it's thick. regardless, out of all the places i've eaten in the city (horrible!...tiny generic sushi that all tastes the same and you pay $$$), this place is one of my faves. if you want a high end place, the best i've eaten at was sakae in burling-lame.

It's very clean. The ingredient is fresh. The way of cooking is healthy.I have allergy regarding MSG. Now it's not easy to find a restaurant doesn't use MSG.It also tastes good! The only concern it's the place is kind of small, but it feels good if you like a family warm style. The service is nice.

this place must have changed hands this past year. spiral used to be a good noodle shop. i used to to go there and order a ramen noodle soup and yakisoba. what makes a bad noodle soup is the broth. it was pretty much full of msg which is a cop out for using real ingredients in a well made broth. the yakisoba didn't use any yakisoba noodle, they used a deep fried cantonese noodle that was really oily and soppy.
